We’ve stayed at Kona Coast resort several times. Beautiful property and spacious rooms. No beach but nice pools and amenities. Close to a shopping center with several restaurants and a grocery store - easy walk. Just a few miles to beaches and downtown Kona. recommend!

This property was awesome. There are pools, shuffle boards, a volleyball court and tennis courts. The property is very large and great for walking at night. There is no beach access from here, but you can get to a public beach for a short walk.

The resort was not right on the ocean but I felt I got good value for what I paid. “Quiet pool”(just outside my room)was anything but quiet in the early evening Hot tub near quiet pool always too foamy. I have a hot tub at home-need to change water more often or use anti foam”

The property was immaculate and the groundskeeping well manicured and clean every day. Lots to do around the property with the pool and sporting equipment for the various court sports. The one bedroom condo was very roomy, particularly with two bathrooms. All linens were top grade! The older ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen could have been cleaned better. There was an issue with insects in the kitchen at night, however, management was very responsive when called to assist with the problem.

Great location for viewing sunset and whale watching. Rooms are very spacious with all the kitchen amenities included. Great pool and hot tub. Tropical paradise with entertainment.

The pool was nice and the sorrounding is safe. But the condo was terrible the carpet was dirty . The tile floor was so rusty the bedroom was dusty around the bed frame around it.

Always look in the cupboards

I loved the placement of the resort by the ocean and on the surface it looked great. We walked up the stairs and headed towards our room and looked down to see a large crack in the walkway. I’m a big person and I was not sure about the strength of that walkway. Then we got into our room and were impressed by the size and room itself. I opened the cupboard to see if they had coffee cups and two cockroaches ran towards me but that was after I couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. I called the desk and they sent mantinence. When he got there he got the air working and opened the same cupboard and saw three more roaches . There was only one bathroom sized trash can in the whole room. I wouldn’t recommend the resort to my friends or family.

Really enjoyed our stay here - would definitely stay again. The villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed- really appreciated the kitchenette and laundry appliances. Getting the TV to work was a challenge. Parking for guests is limited but we managed to navigate it. I would give this property a 5-star rating.

The condo was very nice and clean. Coffee and clothes washing soap was provided. It would be nice to have some basic items such as paper, pens, scissors. Maybe some binoculars for the great view. One negative was when i checked in, I was asked if I was married. When I said I was separated, she said that she couldn't offer me incentives since I was still married and my husband wasn't with me. I had not asked about incentives, so was a little off putting. Otherwise, great stay.
