Was looking for a cheap place to stay the night after a concert in Tinley Park. Not sure what I expected but this was definitely a “you get what you pay for” situation. Check in was fine and the staff seemed nice enough. The room itself was okay but upon further inspection there were weird yellow brown stains on the mattress as well as hard water stains and scum on the faucets. I didn’t use the shower so I can’t attest to that. The bathroom smelled weirdly like cat pee. Luckily no bed bugs that I could see. The fridge and lamps worked fine. Honestly the experience was kind of whatever but the big kicker was that MY DOOR DIDNT LOCK. I stepped outside my room to leave for the concert and it clicked behind me but when I tried the knob just to make sure it was secure, the door opened easily without needing the key card. I think the latch was so worn down that it wouldn’t stay locked unless I was inside and used the deadbolt. Sure I could have requested a different room but I didn’t want to be late and didn’t feel like packing up and moving, plus I feel like the absolute least a hotel can do is give you a door that locks. I feel like this deserves a one star rating for this fact alone but I have it two stars for gits and shiggles.

It were terrible, don't get me wrong the lady at the desk was nice, but for this to be a none smoking motel, smell like cigarette smoke throughout this place, if you not a smoker like myself this a problem, the carpet in our room were nasty, house keeper is filthy my fiancee and I left for a few hours on our return the same sheets still on the bed from the night before, I dont want to give too much information but know the sheets were nasty! We will not return.

It was not worth the price I paid. The water pressure was so low. I asked for a refund and they said I couldn’t because i booked through Expedia. The people above me walked the floor all night hard and the room next door was adjacent with gray tape and they talked loud all night. I was afraid to sleep. Then I got moved to second floor and it wasn’t any better. Never again. I’m requesting a rull refund. I drove 10 hours to get no rest my 3 days there.

The beds were comfortable, although I hit my ankle on a metal piece sticking out from the base of the bed. The shower head was dripping , but no big deal. The food choices available was Harold's chicken, Subway, Gracie's Taco's, McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts and Culver's just to name a few.
