Great family vacation! We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort. The food was good but make your reservations early for the restaurants or you will be dining at the buffet only. The rooftop pool room was wonderful! Our only complaint is the beds were small and not very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed. The pools were really nice and the kids enjoyed the water slides. I would highly recommend this resort. We had an excellent experience and will definitely revisit this resort!

Our stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah was perfect from start to finish. The resort is stunning, incredibly clean, and the service is top-notch. Every staff member was friendly and professional, but special thanks to our amazing butlers, Emmanuel and Luis, they went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Villa 40 was beautiful, and the hospitality made us feel truly pampered. We can’t wait to come back!

Our concierge Allesandra was very attentive and most helpful during the week, property is clean and dining options were good for all inclusive. We were fortunate to be moved into Family Selection area of resort upon check in, we did not know about this beforehand, but an excellent upgrade for families wanting a little more privacy. Location is a good 25-30 minutes from Tulum, and an hour from Tulum Airport just so you know. Overall, very good experience at this property and would highly recommend it.

Stay was pleasant until there was an incident involving my 5 year old daughter that was handled poorly and unreasonably. The supervisor's response made no sense and simply ruined the mood for the rest of the stay. I would not return to this resort and would opt for a different one since it is a beautiful area.

Everything was great, except for the fact that the all inclusive package from Expedia did not include transportation to and from the airport to the resort. Last time we were there everything was taken care of in an A to Z fashion. This was an extreme inconvenience at the start of our vacation.
