Hotel lobby, restaurant and bar were shut and under construction. Also pool bar and restaurant were Hotel only let us know after we were non refundable. Our tool by the pool was really noisy due to the construction. Common area hallways were really beat up. We still paid a “resort fee”. For $800/ night it was a dump and a real disappointment. There are several better spots to stay.

They were under construction but still a great place to stay. Would definitely stay there again. The staff makes the place. Everyone so friendly and there to make your stay wonderful.

Our balconies overlooked the harbor. It was fun to watch the big cruise ships come in and out. When they were gone we had a perfect view of the water. Our room was comfortable and clean. The location is great. Easy to get to the fun but far enough away that we could enjoy peace and quiet on the shore when we wanted it. Convenient to the sail boats, catamarans, tours. They are renovating the lobby and restaurant but they did a decent job of continuing service. We would have liked to have seen the restaurant open a little later but there are certainly other food options near.

At the price the place should be perfect but it was far off the mark. A hard uncomfortable bed. The verandah door very hard to open. Key in and out of the garage not working

Very clean, very friendly, just be sure to know the water view room could be blocked by a cruise large cruise ship. Other than that it’s a fantastic place.
