We went with the family this trip and it was much better. Service has improved, front desk was great. Food at the pool was very good. They are still under some construction, but I believe it is under better management now? We will stay here again. Only small thing was beds were little stiff, but room otherwise was very nice and clean

The view is great. The room was dated. The bathroom not good. The door to the shower area is about to fall off. The shower is dangerous. Its cramped and sloped so much I would slide around in it.

Stayed here years ago We were switching hotels and decided to try this one again. The lobby was bright and inviting. Porters were right there to help. Amti checked us in. He was excellent. We were surprised to get such a beautiful room at the last minute reservation. #304 a corner room. Ocean front - 2 decks. Our reservation was for 2 nights. Turn down service. Staff very friendly

We gad room 391, think we got lucky and it was one of the best at the resort. We had an oversized balcony with a fantastic view of the harbour, and an unbeleivable view of the sunset. Every singleb staff member we met was exceptional, the room was very clean, we could not have chosen a better place to stay.

Heart of what’s happening in Key West.

This is a great spot to enjoy all that Key West has to offer. Watch the sunset from the marina, step over to Mallory Square for the festivities, play on Deval St, stroll historical sites, shop the markets, and so much more. While we were there they were making renovations but they made up for it with an air conditioned breakfast bistro area, pop up bars at the pool and on the marina. The big cruise ships dock right there but they slip in and out seamlessly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great spot and wonderful renovations from someone who has stayed there for years. Still some kinks to work out like no phone service which effected room service and bellhop service. Otherwise, a spot to take on the ethereal ambiance of Key West!

Note that the rooms on the Ocean View look at the daily cruise ships but the worst part is that everybody on the ship walks past these rooms staring at 7:00 am and makes tons of noise. Also there is no privacy when 5,000 people are walking right past your balcony. We would never stay here again. Fortunately we were only here two nights.
