Our room was fine until the fire alarm beeped at 6am and continued until 10am. Woke up our family when we wanted to sleep in. This should be handled maintenance wise ahead of time!

The people above us were loud and there is no sound proofing. We couldn't sleep because they were up so late and so loud. They also blocked us in the next morning with their giant truck. The place was nice but unfortunately not a good experience given how obnoxiously loud and inconsiderate the upstairs guests were.

The room was amazing! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved using the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and pool after skiing. Overall, great stay! The only reason it got 4 stars is because the heater was very strong, so we had to open the window to cool off the loft.

The room was clean and had everything I needed, except a pair of kitchen scissors. It was not conveniently located for public transportation - the bus stops were a 10-15 minute walk away, and the shuttle stop was about 6 minutes, all of which I found physically difficult when carrying skis and gear. I also thought I'd have a view of the lake, but it was blocked by trees.

I rented two condos for me and my family. No accommodations could be made to have my condos close. They were far apart, it was a 10 minute walk to get to them. The condo had multiple stains on the carpet throughout the condo. Everything was very dated and old feeling! I even called the front desk to report the carpet and missing ski locker key. There were electricity issues and my son got shocked several times adjusting the AC and using the wallplug sockets in the bedroom. The phone cord and bed side lamp would surge and flicker on and off The deck of the condo was very soft and it would give and sag when I walked out in the deck!! There was very thick ice covering the entire walkway from the parking lot to the condo. No effort was made to remove the ice and it was very dangerous to get from the condo across this parking lot to my vehicle!! My stay was VERY dangerous overall. Would not recommend!!!!!!
