Overall a great location. Close enough to beach just not on beach. Pool located in the parking lot but property did a good job of surrounding with trees and great pool bar. Ask for the new building. Rooms in older building are small and very tired.

The hotel staff were great. They always seemed friendly and working happily. Things were super clean and towels for the pool always stocked. Loved that they had a washer and dryer to use free of charge with a little jar of detergent pods. Beach was across the street and many restaurants close by. Live music every night until 9 pm (both loved and hated.) Music was usually good and provided some people watching entertainment but was quite loud if you were tired and wanted to sleep. Pools were adequate and even though it was spring break it didn’t feel overly crowded or busy. Overall the area was ok, lots of homeless noted whenever we drove around the area but they kept to themselves. Overall great hotel for the price. Only downside was wanting a late checkout but having to wait until the morning of checkout to call, then be transferred to someone for approval for them not to pick up, received call back to room waking up everyone up to say we could stay one hour for free then $40 per hour until 2pm. Seems like there could have been a better way. They do have a hospitality room with lockers, toilets and 2 showers for guests to freshen up if checkout but still hanging out until going to the airport, very nice. Would recommend.
