A guest in the room above mine started stomping around and moving heavy furniture about 1am. This went on intermittently until about 5am for both nights i stayrd.

Cheap Price, cheap quality

I was not pleased with this hotel. You get quality for the price you pay. The customer service at check in was fine. But the wifi was problematic, the ice machine was out of order, my tv service did not work and all night long someone was pushing a loud cart past my room every hour. If you elect to stay here, do not let them put you in room 115 where all the hotel traffic (both guest and employees) will be constantly making noise around your room.

Some staff and housekeepers were great, evening front desk clerk I spoke to in 1/24/25 was rude at best. Although the hotel staff have a Legal and Ethical duty to inform a consumer of the existence of bedbugs, we were told there were no bedbugs in the facility. Wrong! The room did have bedbugs and when I addressed this, I was told there was no lead or manager on duty till Monday 1/227/25. We will see what action is taken at tha point. But- consumer beware before deciding on this motel.

Room clean and good beds

The condition of the hotel was poor. Sink has cracks in it with no stopper. Carpet was dirty and worn. Tile at elevator was missed and cracked. Room was Clean and good beds. Which is all I cared about.
