The master bedroom features a luxurious King size bed with private bath and shower, his and hers walk in closet. The second bedroom has also a beautiful King bed that has its own full bathroom. The third bedroom has an elegant Queen bed that shares a Jack and Jill washroom with the fourth bedroom that has two twin beds decorated with Mickey. You have a formal dining room and sitting area with kitchen and living area open space concept, leading to the patio pool area and your covered lanai. There are flat screen TV`s in all the bedrooms and family room.
In your home there is lots of amenities offered. The full size kitchen offers modern appliances, dishwasher, microwave coffee maker, ect...

Ideally located just 10 miles from Disney World and close to a host of restaurants, shops, and other Orlando attractions make this the perfect place for a vacation home.
For the golf fans there are a huge number of golf courses in the Orlando area, many of which are open to the public. Florida has some of the best golf courses in the world and from this location you are between 2-10 min away from at least 10 excellent courses.
Access to the Interstate 4 is also very convenient, leading to Kennedy Space Center and the wonderful beaches of Clear-Water, St. Peters-berg and Cocoa Beach.
Main entrance: The entrance of the community is secure and gated at all times. You will be needing a code to open the gates provided 60 days prior of your arrival. The code will be given to the guests only after the full payment is received.

The house is exactly as the pictures, very clean, fully equiped and confortable. Great location, quiet and safe, easy check in and check out with the key boxes. Minor damages- as to expect from a home. Host answered all questions prompty, very helpful information folder in the house. Would definately recommend for a family/friends group. Loved the games room and hottub.

I usually rate the hosts and homes a five. A five is no faults.There were some hiccups in getting the money to the host because they live in Canada. Still not a fault.We checked out on 2/15. It is 3/2, and our 50 key deposit has not been returned.I tried to call the host using the phone number provided about an issue with the patio door. The phone number was a Canadian number and I did not have international calling on my phone. Did not connect with the host.There were cockroaches in one of the bedrooms and in the kitchen. The pest control company, that we were to call, was not open during the weekend--during our stay. BTW, our rental dates were 2/13 to 2/15, not 2/12 to 2/14 as indicated on this rating page.

This home is in a nice gated community, but clearly has not had any upkeep. Within 5 min of us checking it we determined the kitchen was infested with roaches. There are so many broken things in the house. Tiles all through out are broken and loose, handles missing from cabinets, hot tub cover is in tatters, pool table pockets are ripped, curtains broken. The only reason this house got 2 stars was that the bedding was nice and clean as well as the hot tub and pool.Our trip was pretty much ruined as our friends who we booked with would not stay in the house with roaches, and left to find a hotel. I had to negotiate with the owner to eventually get 300 back which was not nearly close to enough. The management company eventually moved the fridge to the garage to bug bomb it, and they were in the home treating for roaches most of our stay. Honestly I would never stay here again or any home managed by elite home management.I do STR for a living and this would not fly. Terrible experience for what was supposed to by a nice relaxing trip.

This home did not meet expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or amenities, especially for the price of just two nights.I have attached photos of several areas of the home that appeared unclean and poorly maintained. There were visible stains on the mattress and bedding, stained pillows, and what appeared to be BLACK mold or heavy grime buildup on bathroom fixtures. The shower hardware and rod were visibly rusted and dirty, and multiple walls throughout the home had stains and marks that suggested they had not been properly cleaned or maintained.We also found damaged flooring with cracked tiles, which created both a maintenance concern and a potential safety issue. Additionally, parts of the property appeared to be used for storage or clutter, which made the space feel unprepared for guests.To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi did not work for the entire day and evening on Saturday, which covered the majority of our stay. Reliable Wi-Fi is a basic amenity that most guests reasonably expect when booking a vacation rental, especially at this price point. We were only provided 2 Wash rags for 5 guests and it is meant to sleep 8! NO sponge or soap.We expected a clean, well-maintained property with functioning amenities. Instead, the condition of the home and the lack of working Wi-Fi significantly impacted our stay with young kids. If the property and the issues with amenities been accurately represented, we would not have booked this property at this price.

Fabulous Christmas Vacation at Disney World

This home was wonderful. It was clean, incredibly spacious and located in a wonderful area close to Disney. My wife, our 2 adult children and our son’s girlfriend all loved it. It had everything we wanted. We spent most days in Disney and would relax in the jacuzzi tub at night! We loved it! Thanks again
