This big, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has everything you need for a great trip to Orlando. Located in the quiet neighborhood, it’s close to all the awesome attractions like Disney and Universal Studios.

Our home is just a short drive from Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. Spend your days having fun at the parks and then come back to relax in our comfy house. Orlando also has great places to shop, eat, and explore, all close by.
This isn’t just a typical rental; it’s our second home, and we take great pride in maintaining and improving it. We’re always making upgrades to ensure it’s the best it can be.

Besides the theme parks, Orlando has lots to see and do. Visit the beaches, check out the local parks, or go shopping at the outlets nearby. There’s something for everyone!
About our home:
1 - Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements
Our house accommodates up to 10 guests (6 on beds and 4 with additional mattresses) and has 3 bedrooms:
1.1. Bedroom 1 - with a queen bed and an 1 extra queen mattress.
1.2. Bedroom 2 - with 2 single beds, 2 extra single mattresses, and 1 inflatable mattress
1.3. Bedroom 3 - Master suite with a queen bed and a private bathroom
2 - Relax in Your Own heated Pool
Our home has a private, screened-in pool with a beautiful view of the lake. You can swim, relax on the patio, or just hang out in the hammock. It’s a great spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
★ Guests agree to use our pool at their risk
★ Private pool (heating 43/day, minimum of 2 days heating must be requested 24h in advance)
★ The pool is 3ft to 6ft.
★ Pool cleaning is scheduled weekly on Tuesday mornings; however, this may vary depending on staffing or weather conditions.
★ To protect our pool equipment, we do not allow guests to touch or change any settings. If it is not working, please message us to have someone come out. We charge $500 if guests touch or change any settings, no exception! If damaged to our equipment occurred during your stay, you agree to pay $4,000 in replacement cost.
★ Please be aware that we DO NOT have pool fence for kids. Guests are responsible to supervise their kids at all times.
3 - Fully Equipped Kitchen
★ Dinnerware, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and wine glasses
★ Appliances: mini air fry, Keurig, toaster, kettle, and blender.
★ K-cup, creamer/half & half are provided and are meant to be a starter pack.
★ Dishwasher pods and trash bags are provided, but please note we provide the same amount for all bookings. It is meant to be a starter pack.
★ We do not provide table linen.
4 - Pet and Family-Friendly (dogs and cats only)
We love pets and families! Your pets are welcome here, and we provide everything they need, including food pods, maximum of 2 at any time up to 50lbs each one ($85 per pet).
5 - Laundry
★ Washer and dryer are free for use.
★ Detergent pods/powder are provided and is meant to be a starter pack.
6 - Baby/Children:
★ We provide plastic plates and bowls, utensils for kids.
7 - Toiletries:
★ Each bathroom will have shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
★ Hair blow dry is also available for use.
8 -Towels:
★ We provide 1 set of towel (1 bath and 1 hand towel) per guest.
★ Swim towels are also provided for use
★ To ensure our next guests to have clean towels, in the case of permanent stains on towels during your stay, we charge $20/towel. Please make sure to use make-up towels or cotton pad to remove make-up
9 - Parking:
★ There are two parkings on driveway + 1 parking inside the garage.
★ Street parking is NOT allowed.
★ Parking on pedestrian crossings is NOT allowed (you can get a fine)
★ NO on-grass parking. If cars park on-grass, it will be towed at guests' expenses
10 - Other things to note:
★ Iron and board are available for use
★ Closet hangers also provided.
11- Fast Wifi is available to use (300Mbps)

12 – Pest control:
We have a professional pest control service that treats the home every few months to keep it bug-free. However, because we are in Florida, there are naturally some bugs around. To help keep them out, please remember to keep the doors closed as much as you can.
Sometimes, you might see insects like spiders, moths, ants, bees, crickets, or cockroaches (including German cockroaches, which are very common in Florida’s warm, humid climate). These bugs are part of Florida’s environment, and while we do our best with regular professional treatments, it’s impossible to guarantee complete prevention. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds if you see them.
13- Thermostat
We use a thermostat for easy access. It is set with HOME/AWAY settings so when there is no one around, it will be set at ECO mode at 82F and will automatically detect your presence when you get home.
Keep AC between 69°F and 82°F
14- Trash
Regular trash pick up is thursday morning and Recycle is tuesday morning.
We kindly ask you to pull the bins to the curb one day before (we sent messages here in the platform to remember you).
Please pull them back to the side of the house (the garage side) on Tuesday/Thursday afternoon or after trash pick-up. There is a penalty of $60/day from HOA if the bins are left in public view on non-trash days.

15- The BBQ grill is available for guests to use
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
★ SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool depth is varied from 3ft to 6ft so please be careful when using it, especially with children.
The pool is maintained by a professional team once a week, so please understand depending on check in days the condition upon arrival will vary slightly.
★ CLEANING & SECURITY CAMERAS
+ Professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest.
+ For security enhancement, we have one doorbell security camera installed at front door to ensure the door is kept closed at all times. We also have 4 external cameras around the property for you safety including the pool area.
***There is no camera inside the home to ensure your privacy***
**NO PARTIES**
We do not allow parties at our property. Violations of this rule will result in a fine of $1,500.
