The website clearly stated bottle of waters but non in the room that we stayed in for 8 days. Toilet tissue was only 1 and had to ask when near finished!! The face flannels were always missing!! 3 weeks prior to staying in this hotel I emailed them but not a single reply!! Not very professional!! Will not be using them again!!

The hotel is adequately sized and offers a satisfactory continental breakfast buffet. The high-quality coffee machine is a welcome amenity. The outdoor terrace provides a relaxing atmosphere, and the fitness center contains sufficient equipment for basic workouts. However, a recurring issue is musty, occasionally urine-like, odors emanating from the ventilation system.

Great location, 5 mins walk to the MTR (Metro) station. Easy access anywhere in HK by Metro. Tons of eatery, shopping everywhere. Good value of the rate. Highly recommended.

The receptionist staff seemed too busy for all their guests as they have to manage 288 rooms. We were not told anything about how to access the facilities in the hotel.

Unprofessional and rude front desk staff. Room size is damn small. It doesn’t match the room description. Distance to the Mong Kok city is more than 500m away. It doesn’t help much when you have to ask the hotel staff for directions and guidance. It’s best to do your own travel research before leaving the hotel.
