What an amazing suite. Having the sauna and separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. 4mini fridges with drinks. The only bad thing was the sofa/sofa bed. It’s terrible. I had the joy of sleeping on it for our stay and let’s say it may of been more comfortable to have slept on the floor in Krakow square.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff are amazing no matter what time of day. The rooms could do with a little bit better furniture, and the towels to be replaced as they look a bit off white. Over all yes I would recommend.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast. Jacuzzi room is a must after long days of walking and sight seeing. We had a center view, which is amazing cathedral view. One minus is parking, the closest one is 10 minutes walk and there is no way to drive and drop your luggage. So please pay attention. Otherwise park and walk.

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was amazing, looking over the Main Square. It was a stunning room and the staff were exceptional and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back.
