Great little gem

Fabulous stay in a very good location. Plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all close by. The courtyard is a lovely spot to enjoy a glass or two and the bar area has a good selection of drinks. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed, though we thought ours needed a dressing table.

Stayed for three nights. Staff were friendly and polite. Very good breakfast options. Shower in room had power but, did not stay in the shower head holder, which caused water to go everywhere. TV remote did not work. Loud noise from outside. Room was OK but, had seen better days. Location is good.

What a wonderful hotel in the heart of the old Jewish Quarter. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was lovely and we loved the garden at the rear of the hotel. I spent a couple of late afternoons in the garden with my Kindle and a G and T for company. The staff arranged for a cake, balloons, a bottle of bubbles and a card for my husband's birthday on the Friday - his face was a picture when we went back to our. room I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would most definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our stay such a pleasure.

Great little hotel

Very nice hotel close to the centre of Krakow and everything is within walking distance for everything else. Trans also running close by to get you further afield. Stayed on my own and was put in the top floor and I must say the room is a little small with nowhere to store your luggage if staying for more than a few days. Clothes hangers were provided so you can hang your items on coat hooks. The rooms on the top floor have a sloping roof so if you're tall like myself you tend to hit the ceiling a few times. Everybody else I spoke to had a great time so I must have been the exception? There was a fridge in the room and everything was spotless with a choice of a radiator or air con. The breakfast was the highlight with a vast amount to choose from from hot to cold there was something for everybody including cakes. The staff were all very pleasant and willing to help you with anything. At the end of the day the bar is a nice place to relax.
