Front desk service was great. Have to wait for the lift for a quite sometime as every time when the lift arrive at it’s full (cause it’s a very small lift). If ur Carpark is at B4 my advice is to take the stairs cause it is faster than waiting for the lift. You might suffer for air.

The place is beautiful and explorable to kids. Lift service and clearer signboard/layout plan is not visible. Not much utensils prepared at unit.

The room was good, clean and comfortable. Floating garden and swedish garden were great. The main pool was crowded. Need to pay security deposit of RM20/adult for lazy river pool (not mentioned by the host). The lift arrangement/system was very bad. Very confusing. From lift from recreational level to ground floor and parking level was full all the time especially around check out time. Need to check out early.
