Nice place, but difficulties with aircon

I enjoyed my stay at the Perfect Host Centrestage property. The room was clean and very spacious. It was divided up between two separate rooms - a bedroom and a 'living area' (with couch, TV, and kitchen sink/cabinets). The problem that affected 'comfort' had to do with the air conditioning in the 'living area' room. I couldn't adjust it or turn it off at all. And it was stuck on 16 degrees, so that room got extremely cold. Thankfully, I could adjust the temperature in the bedroom, so that room was completely comfortable. I just had to close the door between the two rooms so the sub-Arctic air from the other room didn't affect me in the bedroom. Also a bit difficult to figure out was the TV. There was no cable or broadcast channels - only streaming. Some instructions for how to use the remote controls to navigate and log into the streaming would have helped.

Pleasant stay but expensive parking

Overall stay is ok. Its just that the parking will kill you. Imagine a night till next morning parking for rm20.
