We were very disappointed with our stay at Eaton. Upon arrival, the apartment was in unacceptable condition—bedsheets and towels were stained, and the floors, cupboards, and bathroom had clearly not been properly cleaned. We reached out to the property manager, Osman, who offered a quick 20-minute cleaning, which was not sufficient given the level of dirt and disrepair. And after a long day of travelling all we wanted to do was relax. We asked for a refund, as the condition of the property did not match what was advertised. Unfortunately, the property manager declined and did not adequately address or resolve our concerns. We did not feel comfortable staying and ultimately chose to leave. The guest service experience was also very poor. When we tried to express our concerns, Osman was confrontational—raising his voice and speaking over us rather than listening or trying to help. This was the most disappointing accommodation experience I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, my stay was far below expectations. The shower was filthy, with visible fungus on the glass door and floor — it clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. When I went to the kitchen, I grabbed a glass for water and was disgusted to find dirty utensils everywhere and no dishwasher or proper cleaning supplies available. To top it off, the towel provided had yellow stains — absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. This place seriously needs a deep clean and better attention to basic hygiene standards. I would not recommend staying here.

Very good location. MRT Conlay subway station 3 minutes walk. Large trendy shopping mall Pavilion, 12 min walk. We had a 1-bedroom apartment with view of Petronas Twin Towers from the bedroom. Our apartment had stove, microwave and washing machine with dry cycle. The rooftop infinity swimming pool is a great selling point for this property. Might be very busy at times. Security staff very good. There is not very close 7-Eleven or other convenience store around. Be aware while booking this is huge apartment building with different companies renting and some people had bad experience so do your research properly. Constant movement of people with luggage in and out. Elevators can be busy.

This building is ran by a slew of management companies. The ppl we dealt with were below average. Our unit did not have have wifi that worked. So the next day we were moved to another unit. We were only provided with one toilet paper roll at a time. We had to keep asking for TP via WhatsApp. The apartment didn't have enough kitchen ware for a family. Our toaster was broken so we asked for a new one but they refused to replace it. We also had to keep asking for towels. When we arrived at the building we had to wait around for a good 30 minutes for them to show up to provide the key. I was sending them updates from the time we landed till we were at the building. It's a nice building with a really cool infinity pool but however with the subpar service from the managent ppl it made our stay a bit disappointing. I understand this is not a hotel with daily service. However, the apartment shud be stocked with all the necessities for the duration of my stay.

Great Stay!

This was by far one of the best prooerties we have stayed in. The apartment was beautiful, the views were great and the infiniti pool was amazing! Only thing I would say is when it rains hard, the rain water has come in to our unit and we had to mop it all out. If something can be done about that, this property is a 11 out of 10!

We had a lovely stay here. We had a late check in and I was worried that might be difficult but it was easy to contact through WhatsApp and Mohammad Osman met us and provided everything we needed. The rooms were very spacious wifi worked well, beds were comfy and laundry facilities were a bonus. Great we could walk to Petronas towers, aquarium and fountains. The pool as others have said has an amazing view! Check out was easy, we’d stay again.

We stayed 3 days, below average property, bad pillows that were like trash and bedding sheets and comforter were trash. Weather is extremely hot and you end up taking shower at least three times a day and they don't replace new towels for used towels. You are forced to use dirty towels.. disgusting. They don't clean you room everyday not even every 3 days. Dirty floors. Staff are very bad not helpful and don't accomodate any of your requests. The swimming pool area the water is not clean, water looks cloudy and cold. They don't provide swim towels. They don't have fresh water shower after using swimming pool . You must walk with swimming pool water and no towels and fresh water towels youust take elevator to your room which is always crowded and takes 10 to 15 minutes wait to get in the lift to goto 30 or 40 floors from where your room is . Stay away from this property. They treat guests like garbage,no courtesy at all. They rush you outside without place to stand or sit after your checkout time is over. They treat you like dogs and rush you out

Great apartment in convenient location

Well located apartment (42-06) with plenty of space and stunning views. Close to Petronas Towers and the park, with a mall and excellent food court. Shared facilities are very good in the Residences. So, all round, very good. A few things to be aware of: oddly, the double beds only have bedside tables on one side. The internet WiFi was surprisingly weak and did not reach all the bedrooms. The pool is fantastic with wonderful views across to the Petronas Towers (a real highlight), but it gets very busy with people taking selfies, so you have to pick your time. Leave plenty of time to get in and out of the building as the lifts can be frustratingly slow and busy. Before we arrived, there was some confusion about whether the 3-bed apartment we had booked was available or not, but the problem got resolved.

I recently booked a 3-bedroom apartment at Eaton Residence by Luna for a 5-night stay, and it was an unforgettable experience! The apartment offered stunning views of the Personas Towers and featured an infinity pool with a breathtaking panorama. The space was impeccably clean, and Mr. Osman was exceptionally polite and helpful, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. If we return to Kuala Lumpur, we would absolutely choose to stay here again

Pool and pool view are great, gym as well. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt that looked exactly like the description. The hotel is in waking distance from the twin towers and the very nice park next to them. The one complain I have was the absence of face and/or hand towels. We only got bath towels (1 per person) that had to be used for the pool too. The washing/drying machine was nice to have but hard to use without any instructions.

This property shouldn't be included as a VIP in Expedia. Cleaning of the property is not up to standard. It is popular only because of the view of the Petrona's towers and you get what you paid for, only a good picture, but even the pool is not clean.

Beautiful view

Good location, great apartment, rooftop swimming pool is brilliant. Good comms. I was put off by comments for the building where other providers are cancelling last minute but apartments by Luna are NOT one of these. Overall good value stay, would come again.
