Disliked: Cleanliness
Couldn’t checkin. No response on calls or messages for a day. Expedia support even offered to cancel booking.
1.5 hours later front desk finally found someone to deliver room key. Apparently they forgot about it.
Bedsheet has blood stain. Cleanliness is definitely an issue.
