We had an amazing stay. Staff were accomodating. Lots of choices for breakfast. Monorail and MRT were a few metres by foot that can bring you anywhere in the metro. And it’s in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Bukit Bintang.

The property located at the heart of KL. The transportation is nearby, maybe 5min walk from Bukit Bintang MRT station. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The only downside for me is the sleeping pillow a bit too soft but is not a big deal. Overall, highly recommend and will choose to stay again in future.

We had a great stay at this great property, which is in a fab location in KL. The suite was spacious and spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered plenty choice for all pallets, and is served in a lovely room by the pool. I’d highly recommend for a city break on KL. However, our stay ended on a disappointing note with damaged clothes due to bleach in the pool area, and whilst the hotel staff was empathetic and promised to investigate, we’re still awaiting an outcome.

Had a short 3 day stay in KL in a 2 br suite in Jan. Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC. Service from front desk staff was particularly outstanding. Perfect for our needs.
