Comfortable apartment, 70mÂČ, ideal for 4 people, separate entrance, garden terrace, parking in front of the house. Recent construction, fully equipped even for a long stay. Absolute tranquility while being close to the main road and shops, but in a quiet area, breathtaking sea view (up to Hidalgo point 40 km) and the Teide (see photos).

The price indicated is for 2 people, a small supplement will be required for the following costs: sheets, towels, toilet water, etc. of € 5 per person per day. If you are coming as a couple we have an adorable studio in the same house with a splendid view at a lower price (see photos on homelidays reference 8438547) The location of our house is close to Puerto cruz.

It is especially in this part of the island that the Guanches lived. There are therefore many visits not to be missed. The landscape is green. You will enjoy the beaches, swimming pools, the artificial seawater lagoon in Puerto Cruz, with its imposing jet of water and many entertainments for children, the Loro Parque, the Jardin Botanico, the millenary Dragon tree ... There is no shortage of leisure activities for young and old, we have many documents at your disposal You can also practice your favorite sport: scuba diving, big game fishing, crossing spectacular landscapes by mountain bike, paragliding, surfing, canoeing, jeep tour, golf etc ...

Architecture and craft enthusiasts will be delighted, visit the museum of nature, man and the cosmos.
Hikers will marvel at exceptional landscapes like the dense forest laurisylva, the path of the senses stimulating the sight,, hearing, smell and touch.

The most spectacular circuit leading to Teide crosses green meadows and gradually the fields give way to pines then to ocher and gray, bluish or greenish earths, to blocks of lava and suddenly appears the spectacle of a gigantic Teide and grand. The more adventurous will make the tortuous ascent to the summit will sleep there, will be able to contemplate the sunrise and see the 6 Canary Islands.

To do absolutely the boat trip to admire the dolphins and whales or participate in a big game fishing and come back with your catch.
Depending on the time of your stay we will inform you of folk festivals: romerias (decorated carts pulled by oxen), religious festivals with procession, but the most important to see at least once is the carnival, that of Tenerife is the third after Rio.
The gastronomy of great simplicity offers you dishes to taste accompanied by a good local wine.
Puerto Cruz invites you to stroll through the pedestrian streets, go shopping, and at night come to see shows, dance, play at the casino ...
The hospitality and kindness of the locals will leave you with an excellent memory of Tenerife, the island of eternal spring.

Gorgeous house

North coast Tenerife gem!

There's a lot to like here. Great location, a 15 minute drive from Porto de la Cruz, and only 40 minutes to the south island beaches. Located on a hillside, a great view of Mt. Teide is to the south, and a panoramic view of the ocean to the north. This is an agricultural/business area, very quiet at night, super scenic, and carpeted in lush green vegetation. Access to the apartment is at street level, no stairs to climb, the patio is private and secure. Amenities are as described, we had a comfortable stay, again very quiet and relaxing. There were a couple of days where hot water was unavailable but this was taken care of by the Owner, who lives upstairs. Over our long association with VRBO, we prefer to stay in owner-operated/managed properties over corporate owned inventory; this apartment is just that. We had lots of room and the kitchen was equipped well enough that we cooked all but one supper there during our stay. Access to grocery stores, banks, shopping centre was excellent as well. The cable TV worked well, but the channel selection was limited, but vacation time means less TV time, and more real-life time to us, so not a big deal. This apartment provides great value, a prime location for quiet and relaxation. Consider this one when planning your trip to Tenerife.

When we arrived the hosts were VERY thorough; here are the plates, knives, forks, fridge, washing machine, washing machine manuel. The tour took 30 mins! When we finallu asked, "where is the pool?", we were told to arrange a time and we could use it. When we did this the next day, we were told it was broken, and broke two days before our arrival. We received no communication prior to check in regarding the pool and the hosts were misleading when we checked in. There is another review from April saying the pool was unavailable too. The property is also listed on Air B'n'B with the pool as the first image. The property owners are misleading in their advertisements as the pool is not included in the property. To the best of our knowledge, guests do not have direct access to the pool.

Hébergement situé à mi-chemin entre la partie nord-est et sud-ouest de l'ile, donc idéale pour ceux souhaitant visiter toute l'ßle sans changer de logement. Ce dernier est trÚs confortable , trÚs propre et bien équipé. Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig, liegt nahe an der Hauptstraße aber trotzdem sehr ruhig und war sauber. Aussicht ist OK. Die Ausstattung war zweckmĂ€ĂŸig, aber etwas veraltet (Objekt steht zum Verkauf!). Wasserdruck sehr gut.ParkplĂ€tze sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden.Die Vermieterin (französisch/spanisch) war sehr nett und hat gerne beraten.

Lieben Dank an Dich Chantal !!!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung in phantastischer Lage. Diese Wohnung ĂŒbertraf in jeder Hinsicht unsere Erwartungen. Mit Liebe eingerichtet, super sauber , alles war vorhanden, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der Blick von der Terrasse faszinierte uns immer wieder - hinten der Teide , vorn das Meer. Wir haben die Umgebung erkundet und beschlossen, hier mĂŒssen wir noch einmal her.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit EinschrÀnkungen

Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal fĂŒr WanderausflĂŒge in die verschiedenen Regionen Teneriffas.In der Wohnung, nach kanarischem Stil (eher dunkel), selbst war alles vorhanden, wer wollte konnte Deutsches Fernsehen schauen. WLAN funktionierte sehr gut. Den beiden Badezimmern, insbesondere den Armaturen, wĂŒrde allerdings eine Renovierung gut tun. Ein Hinweis fĂŒr Ästheten:Das gebrauchte Toilettenpapier mußte in einem extra BehĂ€lter entsorgt werden. FĂŒr uns eher unangenehm.Der Ausblick auf den Atlantik war traumhaft. Allerdings trĂŒbte eine große Landwirtschaftsmauer, die der Wohnung gegenĂŒber lag, den Rundumblick.In der nĂ€heren Umgebung war die Auswahl an guten Restaurants dĂŒrftig. Im Umkreis von 10 km gab es allerdings sehr gute Fischrestaurants.

Ein Ort der Ruhe abseits vom Touristen- "Rummel"

Ein gerĂ€umiges Apartment; sicher zu Zweit! Alle nötige Ausstattungen vorhanden und super-clean! Gute Matratze und ein grosses Doppelbett. Kleiner Garten in nordöstlicher Lage. SonnenstĂŒhle vorhanden. Gute Ausfallbasis fĂŒr Besucher, die den Norden und Westen erkunden/erleben wollen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr charmant und hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Formidable !

Nous avons passĂ© des vacances formidables Ă  Tenerife !!! Chantal nous a rĂ©servĂ© un accueil exceptionnel, elle a Ă©tĂ© disponible Ă  tout moment, soucieuse de notre bien ĂȘtre. Nous la remercions infiniment pour son aide lorsque j’en ai eu besoin, pour les moments de convivialitĂ© que nous avons partagĂ©. Le logement est impeccable, spacieux, trĂšs agrĂ©able et parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©. La vue est magnifique sur la mer et le Teide. Buena elecciĂłn para visitar Tenerife

Le pongo cinco estrellas porque no se puede poner diez, por su limpieza , comodidad y equipada con todo lo necesario e imprescindible , como si estuvieras en casa , vamos no le falta detalle alguno .He estado una semana con mi familia y ha sido una pena no poder disfrutar mås de la casa ya que no hemos parado visitando la isla .Su anfitriona Chantal una maravilla de persona , nos transmitió muy buena energía , espero volver y seguro que repetiré

Tenerife, l’üle oĂč chaque jour est une nouvelle dĂ©couverte

Pour commencer un accueil trĂšs chaleureux et amical de Chantal suivi de la dĂ©couverte de notre appartement (vraiment trĂšs confortable, literie comprise).et une vue magnifique sur le Teide et sur l’ocĂ©an. L’üle nous a enchantĂ©, comme nos diffĂ©rentes escapades. En une dizaine de jours nous avons dĂ©couvert ce volcan majestueux et trĂšs impressionnant, son enclos immense, des vallĂ©es Ă  couper le souffle de beautĂ©, des forĂȘts presque enchantĂ©es. Tant de diversitĂ© sur cette Ăźle, c’est magique!! Et Chantal Ă©tait prĂ©sente en nous donnant de trĂšs bons conseils (visites, restaurant etc) merci Ă  toi Chantal. Je n’ai qu’un conseil : allez y
