🍽️ Equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nescafé Krups coffee machine.
🌐 Connectivity: High-speed fiber optic internet (WIFI), ideal for teleworking or streaming.
🧺 We also provide everything you need for a worry-free stay: a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, as well as a travel crib and a high chair for the little ones.

To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay for everyone, please read and follow the rules below.
✅ By confirming your reservation, you agree to these conditions:

🏠 Apartment
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
🐾 Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
🍽️ The dishwasher must be emptied before departure.
🧹 A cleaning fee of €20 per hour may apply if the apartment is not returned in a proper condition.
🗑️ Please dispose of your waste in the designated containers and do not leave anything in shared areas.

🌿 Shared Areas (Gardens & Pools)
🧼 Please maintain cleanliness and respect the peace of shared spaces.
🚫 Do not leave food, drinks, glass containers, or dangerous objects in the gardens or around the pools.
🚲 Bicycles and other vehicles are not allowed in walkways or common areas.
📋 Follow the posted rules in the pool area.
🏄‍♂️ Washing sports equipment (surfboards, wetsuits, etc.) in the pools or under the showers is strictly prohibited.

🛁 Private Jacuzzi
The jacuzzi is prepared and set up before your arrival. Bathrobes are provided.
⚠️ It is forbidden to modify the technical settings of the jacuzzi. Any unauthorized handling will result in an extra €25 charge.
🚿 To maintain water quality and ensure a pleasant experience, we kindly ask that you shower before using the jacuzzi, making sure to rinse off any remaining body wash or skincare products.
Please also avoid applying sunscreen before entering the jacuzzi. These substances can cause foam and may require additional cleaning, which could result in an extra €25 charge. Thank you for your understanding.

🕒 Quiet hours:
• from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
• from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM (until 9:00 AM on Sundays and public holidays)
⚠️ The use of barbecues is strictly prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas of the accommodation (including terraces and solariums), in accordance with the provisions of the co-ownership.

🔐 Security
🛡️ The apartment is equipped with an alarm system. Please follow the instructions provided in the digital welcome guide sent by email. The link is also available on the entrance door and in the blue booklet on the coffee table.
🔑 Always carry the key with you when leaving the apartment. The entrance door cannot be opened from the outside without a key.

🐾 Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property for the comfort of all.
🗑️ Waste: Please dispose of your rubbish in the designated containers and do not leave anything in the common areas.
🍽️ Dishwasher: The dishwasher must be emptied before your departure.
⚠️ A cleaning fee of €20 per hour may be charged if this instruction is not followed or if the apartment is not returned in its original condition.

🌿 Common Areas (Gardens & Pools)
🧼 Please maintain the cleanliness and tranquility of shared spaces.
🚫 It is forbidden to leave food, drinks, glass containers, or dangerous objects in the gardens or around the pools.
🚲 Cycling or using any other vehicle is prohibited in the pathways and common areas.
📋 Please follow the instructions displayed in the pool area.
🏄‍♂️ It is strictly forbidden to wash sports equipment (surfboards, wetsuits, etc.) in the pools or under the showers.
