Albatroz Gorgeous & Spacious Villa in Carvoeiro

Located just a short walk from Carvoeiro, this stunning 4 bedroom villa is set on a plot of over 1000 square meters which is fully fenced and has electric gates. The driveway has space for several vehicles.



On entrance there is a spacious hallway, lounge and dining area with triple aspect windows flooding the area with natural light. Patio doors lead to the pool and gardens. There is a large fully fitted kitchen with door to the exterior, ideal for taking food to the BBQ and external dining.

There is an entrance bathroom and two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with patio doors to a small terrace. All bedrooms offer ample storage space in fitted wardrobes.

Externally there is plenty of grassed area for children to play, bikes to ride and a private heated swimming pool (optional extra) with 14x4 meters.

There are several excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ walk and Carvoeiro is around fifteen minutes on foot. The areas offer many beautiful beaches and the Benagil caves are just a fifteen-minute drive from the house. The seven hanging valleys walking trail is also close by.

The villa has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard and is an excellent choice for a family holiday!

Great house very comfortable lay out with plenty of room for privacy with two couples. The house is very well equipped with lots of items in the kitchen and working appliances. 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms plus one other bathroom. Some things could be better maintained or monitored such as the pool as the filter stopped functioning after the pool guy came by on Monday morning and should have returned later in the week but never did. Pool lights also did not light up one night and never lit up again. Outdoor lights were mostly burned out but they did come by to replace them. BBQ light is not functional making cooking outside challenging past 8PM. Other than that the hosts were super communicative.

Superbe villa

Très grandes chambres, très grandes pièces communes, garage pour les voitures et surtout une superbe piscine ! La localisation est parfaite. Nous y avons passé un séjour incroyable. Petits bémols : la communication est très compliquée. Il faut envoyer plusieurs messages pour avoir une réponse et nous ne sommes pas prévenus des horaires de passage des intervenants (pisciniste, femme de ménage, plombier). Les jacuzzis ne fonctionnaient pas, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude dans les salles de bain du bas (problème résolu pendant le séjour) et une des baignoires du haut est restée bouchée tout le long malgré notre signalement le premier jour. Les interlocuteurs sont toujours aimables et agréables :)
