Tämä kaunis 4 makuuhuoneen huvila sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla lähellä Monte Carvoeiroa ja vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä carvoeiron keskustasta. Askeleet Paraison rannalle ovat aivan huvilan ulkopuolella, joten se on ihanteellinen paikka niille, jotka eivät halua luottaa autoon. Pohjakerroksessa huvilassa on avoin suunnitelma oleskelutila, ruokailutila ja keittiö, jossa on lasiovet uima-altaalle ja BBQ, ja sieltä on jatkuva merinäköala. Pohjakerroksen tasossa on kahden hengen ja kahden hengen makuuhuone, molemmissa omat kylpyhuoneet. Toisella tasolla on lisäksi oleskelutila, jolla on ovet omalle terassille, ja lisäksi kahden hengen ja kahden hengen makuuhuone, molemmissa omat kylpyhuoneet ja oma kattoterassi merinäköalalla. Takapihalla on kätevästi oma ovi, joka johtaa Monte Carvoeiron valikoimaan ravintoloita ja baareja.

Casa Silver was great! Wonderful location. Great view.

We had a great time. Casa Silver is a 5 minute walk to the town and has a beautiful sunset view! The place was very clean and had a lot of space for everyone to spread out in. We chose to heat the pool and it was a great idea as we were able to swim into December. Mariana and her team were very responsive. Overall, I would highly recommend it!

Fantastic Villa

The villa was first class, it was spacious and comfortable for all of us. My only observation would be that the subbed had past their sell by dates and the pool should have hand rails to get in and out, apart from that it was great.

Our family holiday to Portugal

My family and I (6 adults & 2 children ages 6 & 3) have just got back from a weeks stay at Villa Casa Silva in Carvoeiro where we had the most amazing time. The Villa is beautiful and extremely clean including the towels and bed linen smelling so fresh. the villa was big enough to allow 3 families plenty of privacy and room to relax. Each bedroom had a bathroom too. The gorgeous sea view from most rooms and the pool area was amazing. The close proximity to the beach and resort was a massive bonus taking around a 5 minute downhill walk. Even the uphill walk back was fine - a good workout after a great bite to eat in one of the many lovely eateries. We had a little hiccup with the water supply to the villa which ceased working on a Sunday afternoon - a quick call to the letting agency and a 1/2 hour wait for a plumber soon rectified the problem-excellent service. There is a supermarket 100 yards away and directly behind the villa is a courtyard offering several eateries and a cocktail bar. Here We enjoyed a tasty breakfast at The Square and our two grandchildren enjoyed eating at Elliotts who were really gracious and attentive. The only negative was the depth of the pool which I know previous reviews have also mentioned. But that said it didn’t stop our family spending all day in it - we were just extra vigilant with the kids and enjoyed making memories watching them have such a wonderful time. We cannot recommend this villa enough and would come again

The property was fantastic as was the facilities, clean well kept and maintained throughout. The location of the property was absolutely superb a few minutes from Carvoeiro and closer to square located nearby. defnitely would book through same agency we were looked after extremely well. a big thankyou to Kate who looked after us from booking through to going home. cannot wait to get back.

MacDonalds Return to Carvoeiro

The property was in a beautiful prime location and was excellent, everything stated was accurate. As a family we all had a fantastic stay in what has been a very special place for us in our life. The facilities were excellent and very comfortable. The service and people were first class and could not be more helpful. A special mention to Kate who seen us through from booking to leaving. Will definitely use the service again.

Simply fantastic!!

The villa is fantastic,we are a family of 5 adults,a 3yo and a baby of 4 months.The villa is so spacious that everyone had their own space,you never felt overcrowded both inside and outside! The centre of Carvoeiro was only a short walk away,no need for taxis or car rental although the nearest descent supermarket’s you do need a taxi to return to the villa if you have a large shop!!! Carvoeiro itself is beautiful with a lovely atmosphere both by day and by night, good selection of restaurants and bars all family orientated, no loud music blaring out!! There is also a few descent bars and restaurants immediately behind the villa if you don’t fancy the walk into town. All in all the villa is fantastic,the resort is fantastic,we will be back!!!

Beautiful views from an amply sized home perched above the jewel of the Algarve coast. The home itself is very well appointed and the pool and outdoor living space is the star. House could use some overall updating and less toxic cleaners to be used for those with sensitivities.

A wonderful stay

The Villa is beautiful, so much space! Everything you need. Location is spot on, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would really recommend this Villa. Elite rentals have been amazing with the booking, response times and overall very helpful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back !

Very Good

Well presented Villa with everything as it says on the Tin. Lovely views and Close enough to town for non-Golfers and just a short trip to some cracking courses. A good idea to pay the extra to have the Pool Heated. If you go out the back gate, there is everything from All day Breakfasts to some really Top Scoff. We used a local family business for transfers. Everywhere-PT run by Fernando and his wife. Excellent service and even printed Covid docs for our return. Top service I must say. +00351 968308464.

Excellent location

Excellent location close to all amenities and beautiful views. Villa spacious and comfortable inside. Plenty of loungers on all terraces and useful outside dining area but pool small and comfortable outside seating in short supply. Two small terraces by the pool, each with seating for 4 or 6 at a squeeze. Large upstairs terrace with space for 6-8 had no chairs or sofas at all, so relaxing in a larger group only possible indoors. Terrace of neighbouring villa is next to pool area so can be very noisy.

Schönes Haus in TOP Lage

Das Haus ist gut in Schuss und liegt sehr zentral auf den „Hügeln von Carvoeiro“ mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind gute Lokale und ein kleiner Supermarkt für die wichtigsten Sachen. Wenige Minuten zum Strand. Angenehm beheizter Pool, der leider etwas schnell steil abfällt. Große Terrasse, gemütliche Grillecke, großzügiger Wohnraum. Kommunikation mit der Agentur schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Check-In und -out super gut!

Die wunderbare Lage der Villa war uns bereits bekannt. Das Haus war von innen top, genau wie beschrieben. Leider kam Corona am Ende unseres Urlaubs dazu. Deshalb haben wir deutsches TV zur Info vermisst.

Absolutely gorgeous!

The location of the villa was perfect overlooking the ocean with beautiful sunsets! Short walk to town with amazing restaurants. Our villa was spotless and had all the requirements of home. Highly recommend to pay extra to heat pool if you are coming in the off season - well worth it if you want to enjoy pool with the gorgeous sunsets. The only thing missing in Villa was a dryer, which is not a problem when weather is warm, but in off season it is a “nice to have”. Communication with Kate was outstanding. Quick response when booking and continued quick responses prior and during trip - a major plus when traveling!

Great villa, disappointing pool

Carvoeiro is a fantastic place and this villa is in a great location. The villa has 4 good bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Everything you need is here. A 7 minute walk gets you into town, longer coming back( up the hill). Out of the rear gate there are 3 restaurants and 2 bars within 100 yards! The only negatives we found were the pool and the Wi-fi. The pool goes from 1.5m to 3m deep and isn’t that big so there is a steep slope, meaning you can’t stand up and not good for weak/ non swimmers or children. We also found the Wi-fi kept dropping in and out.

La villa est très agréable, spacieuse et très bien décorée et équipée. Très propre.

Joli petit jardin très bien entretenu et très fleuri. Nous étions 6 adultes et sommes enchantés de notre séjour d’une semaine. La vue sur l’océan est magnifique, de plus nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un super beau temps, nous regrettons de ne pas avoir demandé de chauffer la piscine. Nous recommandons cette location. Le personnel du ménage est vraiment gentil et serviable.

Great location , well equipped

Group of 4 adults so ample room. Let's get the the negatives out the way. We stayed end of February and arrived late evening. The villa felt very cold and damp. We found the controls for the heating so it was comfortable enough but a little musty. All was fine after a day of it being opened up and aired. A welcome pack would of been a nice touch just the basics like water and milk but there was nothing. We didn't have the pool heated as we didn't think it would be swimming weather but wished we had as it was a lovely 22. However the pool didn't look that clean, again I'm sure this was because of the time of year. Little gripes nothing major. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of storage in bedrooms. Lots of space to relax. Location was great for us. Short walk into town but a steep walk back . If you were being lazy you could nip out the back door to bars and restaurants, a few were closed as too early in season but enough for what we wanted. Would definitely stay again. The management company could offer a little more of a welcome and finishing touches.

Sehr schöne Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr schön mit fantastischem Meerblick aus fast allen Räumen. Wir waren mit 7 Personen im Winter im Haus und konnten uns in den 2 großen Wohnzimmern alle mit Kamin und eines mit Fernseher (leider nur Englische und Portugiesische Programme) sehr gut ausbreiten. Es waren ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu reparieren, was auch sofort vom Hausmeister erledigt wurde. Der Fischerort Carvoeiro konnte in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreicht werden. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Great Villa close to town restaurants on doorstep.

We were six adults two children aged 8 and 9. The children loved the pool. Villa had lots of space and facilities and everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Elite Rentals were first class.

Fabulous!

As a family of eight ,the four bedrooms( all en-suite ) were ideal.Our two small granddaughters loved the pool.The kitchen was a good size and everything was to hand. The ground floor lounge was comfortable as was the dining area for us all. The outside barbecue area was also great for breakfast and lunch.Upstairs the lounge (including piano ) and patio were big enough for Twenty people! The villa is sited near Monte Carvoeiro- 10 minutes stroll up the hill.There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the back door as well as a cocktail bar. Carvoeiro center is a mere 5 minutes stroll down the hill!
