Located in Carvoeiro, one of the best areas of the Algarve and just a few minutes from the beaches, is Villa Renaissance. This magnificent property has 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, being ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday.



On the ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms: two with 2 single beds each and one with a double bed, all with air conditioning. Also on this floor, there is a kitchen equipped with utensils and materials for preparing meals, which you can enjoy in the dining area or outdoors.



The dining and living area in an open plan offers a comfortable environment with a dining table and chairs. The living area features cosy sofas, perfect for relaxing. There are 2 bathrooms on this floor, one with a bathtub and another with a shower base.



On the upper floor, there is an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning.



On the outside, the heated swimming pool (additional cost) is surrounded by sun loungers and invites you to relax in the sun, whilst the 2 dining areas and the barbecue make this space ideal for outdoor meals.

The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival. There are some restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 10th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
