Luxurious newly built detached villa. It is within walking distance of the beach and the center of Praia do Carvoeiro. The property is completely walled, has its own driveway and parking and a heated private swimming pool. The villa consists of a large house and a small house. They are 2 connected independent living units.
In the WINTER PERIOD (Nov. - March) the SMALL HOUSE is NOT AVAILABLE so MAX 9pers.
The large house has a spacious living room with a spacious seating area and multimedia TV. There is an open kitchen with all appliances. Adjacent a sit / breakfast bar with swivel stools, also a large dinner table that can be moved to the terrace. Large glass fronts lead to the spacious shaded terrace (with lounge corner) - and to the tropical garden. There is also a washing machine and dryer available in a separate laundry room. There is underfloor heating throughout the entire property.
On the top floor there are a total of 4 ensuite (with bathroom) bedrooms with large velux skylights. 2 spacious bedrooms have a king-size divisible double bed, air conditioning, a desk with chair and a large multimedia TV. The 3rd bedroom has the same facilities but instead of air conditioning it has a special ventilation system that blows cool outside air directly over the bed. The 4th bedroom has a smaller double bed and a large multimedia TV. This is the north room and has no air conditioning.
Upstairs is also the laundry room with a washing machine , a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
Directly at the terrace is the beautiful well-kept tropical garden.
The swimming pool contains no cloride but has a salt water system. It is heated as standard with solar panels. In the pre-season and post-season there is the possibility of additional heating by means of heat pump and a solar-cover . The pool is centrally located in the well-kept lawn and can be simply closed off by means of an 80cm high fence, so childproof.
The second smaller property has its own front door. This is the original old house, Portuguese style, modernly restored but still has the original 100 year old 50centimeter thick nature-stone walls, which makes it a cool house even in the summer. The living room has a cozy sitting area with multimedia TV and airconditioning. The kitchen is modern and complete. The bathroom is spacious, with bath, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine. There are 2 smaller bedrooms, each with a double bed and large ceiling ventilators. Both rooms have a spacious fitted wardrobe.
Carvoeiro is a traditionally rustic fishing village in the middle of the Algarve. High-rise buildings are not allowed, so the village has retained its charismatic authentic character. The village square, borders directly on a beautiful beach bay. In the summer the village bustles with life. There are numerous restaurants and bars. Due to its central location, Carvoeiro is a perfect base for all kinds of activities. The world most beautiful beaches are close-by . Nearby there are numerous golf resorts. The rough west coast is only a 30-minute drive away. Recommended for a visit in the area are Portimao, Lagos, Monchique, Silves. But also Albufeira, Alvor and Armacao de Pera are close by.
