Casa Rosinan tilava majoitus on varustettu kaikilla mukavuuksilla, joita moderni perhe tarvitsee lomastaan nauttimiseen. Kun yövyt - talomme on talosi. Lapset voivat viihdyttÀÀ leikkimÀllÀ vartalolevyillÀ, uima-allasleluilla, lautapeleillÀ, videopeleillÀ ja DVD-levyillÀ, kun vanhemmat rentoutuvat uima-altaan ympÀrillÀ tai jakaa aurinkolaskijoita rentouttavalla uima-altaan baari / aula-alueella. Olemme nyt kunnostettu kokonaan Casa Rosina sen jÀlkeen, kun se on otettu kÀyttöön vuonna 2007, ja pyrimme edelleen parantamaan sitÀ edelleen vuosittain. Asiakkaidemme palaute on todella arvostettua. Sisustus on yksinkertainen valoisa ja moderni, ja huvila on erittÀin hyvin varusteltu suurille ryhmille ja viihdyttÀvÀlle sekÀ uima-altaan sisÀ- ettÀ ulkopuolella. Olemme investoineet laadukkaita divaanisÀnkyjÀ, jotka voidaan työntÀÀ yhteen saadaksesi aikaan king-size-parisÀnkyjÀ tai irrottaa yhden hengen majoitusta varten. Olemme ostaneet hotellilaatuisia valkoisia egyptilÀisiÀ liinavaatteita ja pyyhkeitÀ, jotka on ammattimaisesti pesty jokaisessa vaihtoon. Casa Rosinan ainutlaatuinen sijainti kylÀssÀ tarjoaa helpon 5 minuutin kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ rannalta ja 2 minuutin kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ keskusaukion baareista ja ravintoloista - unohda auto. Huvilamme on vain lyhyt mutka mukulakivikatuja pitkin kylÀaukiosta ja laiturilta kirkon ohi. Ferragudon on ilmoitettu olevan valokuvatuin kylÀ Algarvessa. Sen koskematon mukulakivikatuja ja kuvan postikorttitaloja sulavat saumattomasti paikallisiin baareihin ja ravintoloihin. Ferragudon ainutlaatuisen ilmapiirin luo sekoitus kylÀelÀmÀÀ ja pieni paikallinen kalastusyritys, joka toimittaa tuoretta kalaa lukuisille ravintoloille.

Lovely Villa

A great villa, which was exactly as they described with the pictures exactly the same as well. The outside space was great as well with a great size pool. A 10 to 15 min walk to the harbour, which you need to be aware about is there are quite a few steps to go down to get too where the lovely restaurants, mostly fish but most restaurants offer meat as well. This is our 2nd time of coming to this area, we would definitely come again.

Lovely house in a great location

Lovely house with everything you need in a great location a short walk away from shops, restaurants and the beach. We had a great time making the most of the pool and the huge amount of floaties available.

Fabulous stay

The villa was ideal for a large family including a baby and a 3 year old . All safety gates installed. Loads of space and well equipped. The bedrooms were amazing with comfy beds. It is ideally situated to walk to the beach and the lovely town square. Which had lots of character and small winding streets. Definitely stay here again

Amazing villa! Exactly as advertised!

We enjoyed our stay here, Villa was big enough for all the quests and pool was awesome. Some of the necessities like toilet paper or trash bags were in limited in supplies but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

This villa is just perfect, we were 6 friends of over 40 years, the villa is spacious and has everything you need. The pool is lovely and we had lovely late nights sitting under the fairy lights in the bar by the pool. Ferragudo is lovely and a great base for seeing the Algarve. Would highly recommend

Sunny townhouse in the Algarve

This lovely townhouse is at the top of the hill up many twisty little roads, in a neighborhood that reminds me of Florida—lots of white townhouses stacked up the hill. This is an expat retirement community so not much of the original Portuguese fishing community feel left. The townhouse is 4 levels—a rooftop sun deck with views of the ocean, three bedrooms (master with bath, 2 bedrooms with shared bath) on the 1st floor (2nd story to people from the US), open living room/dining room with well stocked kitchen on the ground floor, with lovely deck, then walkout basement with two bedrooms and shared bathroom, exits to the pool level on the final lower level. The house is sunny and spacious—definitely made for large groups. Beautiful pool and large sitting area, BBQ, lemon trees. There are lots of stairs, so if people in your group have problems with stairs, be forewarned. It was very comfortable. It’s about a 45 minute drive to Sagres. There are lots of restaurants just down the hill—east walk— and the beach is a 10 minute walk. The port area is lovely. Perfect home if you want a sun/pool/beach vacation. The owner Gina is super easy to communicate with, very nice. Easy checkin. Just note that the lower walkout basement does have a mildew smell common in seaside places.

60th Birthday Portugal Trip

We had a wonderful stay for 8 nights in the quaint active fishing community in Portugal. 4 couples and had a blast. Gina was a great host who was very quick to respond to questions. Never over promised and under delivered. We got exactly what we expected. Would definitely rent there again if we go back to that area.

Perfect for a couple of families

Great villa in a great spot, perched on the top of the hill in Ferragudo with a short walk to the main square and a short walk to the main beach. Swimming pool area was beautiful and felt private, lined with some lemon trees which all added to the charm. Kitchen terrace perfect for breakfast and lunch to get out of the sun. Roof terrace absolutely perfect for those early evening glasses of wine. A few bits of furniture were starting to fray around the edges, but I'm sure that will be taken care of in time for the new holiday season next year (plus the front door sticks a bit, nothing a bit of sanding down wouldn't take care of). All in all, bar some small cosmetic improvements (which won't detract from your stay) it was perfect for what we needed it for - local restaurants all excellent (the Indian in the square is actually the pick of the bunch) and the check in process was completely smooth, arranged via Whatsapp. I look forward to visiting again.

Beyond our expectations!

Everything about Casa Rosina was amazing! Gina your home is beautiful and very clean. We had a group of 8 of us the first two weeks (my husbands family). When they .... hated to leave....my family arrived, group of seven of us. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. If we weren’t touring around we stayed and enjoyed the huge private pool. At night we sat outside around the fire pit. Not only was the house exceptional, but the whole area of Ferragudo was beautiful and easy access to everything within walking. The village square had lots of restaurants and gift shops. Also visited all the local pubs at night. Ashley, the pub owner, gave my brother-in-law a guitar and he entertained the crowd. Everyone loved his playing and singing. He even offered him another gig to come back lol! We had a few cars rented for touring to other places, but you could easily just stay there for two weeks without a car, lots to do within walking. Beach bars were lots of fun. We hiked the coastline to Carvoeiro. The boys rented mountain bikes for three days and were gone for the day. The girls took the water taxi to Portimao for some shopping. Thank you again Gina! Lovely getaway

We had a wonderful time in this well-maintained property. Kitchen was well-stocked, beds were comfy, and Gina was very easy to get in touch with. I loved the lemon and orange trees surrounding the pool, and we made daily lemonade and orange juice! We walked to town and the beach daily. Thanks for a great time - we would definitely come back!

Lovely Property and Location

This is a lovely property in a very pretty location. The villa is well equipped with lovely pool area. The bedrooms were very pretty. We had a three year old with us so the games cupboard was well used in the evenings. Ferragudo is small and not overly touristy. The square full of bars is delightful. The beaches are nearby and again delightful. The locals and the tourists were all very friendly. We were sorry we were only there for a week. I would certainly recommend this villa and the help from both Gina and Kerstin. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

We have just had a fabulous 2 week stay in Casa Rosina in Ferraguda. Six adults and 4 children.

W really enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of breakout spaces if you wanted some time away from other guests. Really recommend it

Beautiful property and area

I cannot recommend this property enough. We travelled in a party of 12 as a family with young children. Kerstin the property manager was fantastic from day one when we had issues with our hire cars at the airport and she couldn't help us enough. Ferragudo is beautiful and if you are a fish lover get down to the harbour where the fish come straight off the boats onto the barbecue. The beaches in and around Ferragudo are fantastic for all whether you're on a family holiday or romantic break. The villa itself was perfect, set on 3 three floors with an additional roof terrace it comfortably housed 12 of us. The pool was very popular and we are already missing it. There is a lovely little bar area next to the pool along with a barbecue and the pool is lined with lemon and lime trees. We are already planning a return to this area and if this property was available again we would definitely snap it up. Big thank you to Gina pre holiday for all your useful information and to Kerstin during the holiday for your help. We would all highly recommend this villa.
