Bedroom 2 has double bed and fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe.

Both bedrooms share a shower room and have direct access to a balcony with views over the condominium mature gardens and a glimpse of the sea.

The spacious balcony overlooking the pool area is ideal for dining al fresco at any time of the day or evening. Furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ. Automatic, remotely operated awnings and working area with sink. Beautiful sea views towards the beach, an easy 300 metre walk.



Direct access to the pool is provided from the garden area which extends to the side and rear of the building. Free access to the indoor heated pool and well-equipped gym from the inside of the building, through the garage.

There is plentiful street parking near the condominium gate but garage parking space is not available.
