I travel with my small dog and they put me in a dog room that obviously had not been cleaned well. Room smelled like dog from previous guests. Shower was not clean and the pillows seemed like they have been used way to long..lumps in them and flat. The only good part was the front quest person...very nice check in.

It was terrible. The TV did not work. One of the lights over the bed did not work. There was no body wash or conditioner in the room. There was no Kleenex in the room. The temperature was set on 63 and it was freezing and there was condensation all over everything. The floor was so wet that it looked like I had poured water and we put a towel down so we would not slip and fall on the towel was black from where the floor had not been mopped. Anyway it was a terrible stay will never will go back there again.
