The concept of the property is a good idea but it is severely outdated (80s). I booked two rooms for my family while visiting for a special occasion and although there was enough room to sleep, the quarters were very tight. Also, in one of the rooms there was a dust mite crawling on my pillow while lying in the bed and we saw another one on the dirty towels we set aside on the floor to prepare for checkout. I informed reception of the bug issue and she was extremely apologetic and advised she would share the picture of the bug with management.

WiFi is a bit hit or miss, and water pressure in the shower isn't enough for the multi pattern head, but everything else is great. Convenient covered free parking. Large clean room. Good stay.

It’s not the JW, BUT-this hotel far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, complimentary espresso machine, breakfast, location, staff, patio, two TVs in room, and room for two days. Loved the way the room is set up like a small suite, which was a gift because our teenager had privacy on the pullout couch and his own tv, too. I was able to work quietly in a closed room (room divider/door) without waking up the rest of the family. Most of the staff was great although the guy serving breakfast seemed a little gruff with another guest. Even with that, we had an excellent stay! Breakfast was great (again, not magnificent, but great variety and selection). Everything we needed for a great spring break getaway with plenty of things to do nearby. Would recommend.

first of all, service was great. but, when i got to my room it was dirty. it had a lot of pet hair all over the place especially the couch. Somehow, Samantha the front desk called to find out how i was doing and i told her about it. she looked at the room i booked and for some reason was a room for people with pets. she accommodated me and gave me another room. thank you.The new room was ok. i do like that the room and sitting area had separate areas. the furniture and the some pillows looked worn though. zippers on the decorative pillow was broken. complimentary breakfast was ok. fridge wasn’t working but i didn’t complain about it. breakfast was where i have never been to one where i had to give a ticket or let them know my room number and name to eat breakfast or provide a ticket to eat given at check in. i also am used to serving myself at this place they serve you. lady who oversaw everything was kinda creepy. i’m sure she was nice but made me and my family uncomfortable. walls are definitely thin you hear a lot. parking was great. no problems there. finding area to eat around was convenient and close. overall, they were ok but could focus on replacing some things. thanks for the short stay.
