Staff were not so friendly and warm except one front desk lady (long hair and blond). The heater in our living room was not working right so we were cold, also the light on the microwave couldnt be turned off. The resort was under construction so wasn’t pretty looking. No more free bikes. We still liked how close it was to palisade but there was no snow so it was a waste of trip.

Very nice rustic, quaint 1 bedroom suite with a balcony. Everything you need for your stay! We planned to stay one night, but stayed 6! The location is lovely!
