Window was broken and didn’t close so the road noise was irritating. The bed mattress had a soft spot in the middle which made it uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and polite.

We arrived two hours before check-in. The room was ready but in order to be able to get into the room we had to pay an extra $30. I didn’t feel like it was clean. There was no place to hang clothes. Crowded.

Yes, but the bed was not comfortable, the mattress felt hard and was hard to sleep and the sheets were dirty and looked like the tissues were used and put back in the box

They allowed pets for a $40 per night charge. The rooms were comfortable, did the job. It is about 30 mins away from Lake Tahoe, but the surrounding area is beautiful. Easy to trek along the Truckee river.
