First room we had the air conditioning wasn't blowing cool. Had to get re- assigned a new room. Definitely more outdated rooms the higher you go up on hotel floors. Disappointed the hot tub was drained and the fitness center only had one set of dumbbells.

The staff here are excellent but the facility they have to work with needs help. Thin walls, windows on parking spaces and horribly loud AC units make for a louder than expected stay.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean. The staff was outstanding at the front desk. It is in a good location for restaurants and shopping. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They even allowed us to check in earlier than was allowed. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

The staff at the front desk is exceptional and accommodating. They we're helpful and really nice. The cleaning staff is rude, they do not clean properly. We had to switch rooms 3 times. The first night we were assigned a room and found 2 cockroaches in that room the next morning. Then we were moved to a different room but the keys were not working and we were unable to open the room. There was a lot of inconvenience which was frustrating. The next morning the same room did not lock which made us feel very unsafe. We were assigned to another room and this room was not clean. There were crumbs close to the bed and in the corners. The cleaning staff is extremely rude and did not clean the room when we had requested the same in the morning.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and hoping to stay again! Beds were clean and comfortable, quiet hours enforced! It’s clean, large room, and breakfast was great, had many choices of gluten free and other breakfast items! There were soaps, amenities, WiFi, hair dryer, refrigerator, and hangars to hang up clothes, even an iron! Loved the shower heads and hot water in the bathroom! Staff were friendly and were around 24/7! The parking lot was well lighted and Friendly’s Restaurant was right across the street! Large selection of drinks, coffees, teas, available 24/7. ♥️♥️🥰

Perfect for weekend trip

Good location. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and was perfect for a weekend trip. The lobby gave out free water bottles, which was appreciated.
