2/10 Terrible

I could have overlooked the tiny room, paper-thin walls, and the wad of gum smashed into the elevator floor if it wasn't for the staff. I travelled all day, got in late, didn't sleep well, woke up late, and rushed to breakfast just as it ended. Literally 9:31. Put a bagel in the toaster only to watch in horror as the toaster was unplugged and removed (I was told, "breakfast is over" but I still managed to snag the bagel). Went over to get a yogurt, fridge was locked. OK, my bad, rules are rules, I get it. 10 minutes later, sipping my coffee and eating my half-toasted bagel, an employee walks through the front door, goes to the desk, they take her back to the fridge, unlock it, and give her a yogurt. My heart leaps. I get up to grab one for myself, the desk employee locks the fridge in front of me and proceeds to bark at me for trying, "She's staff, you are not." True, but I am also a paying customer capable of writing a review. Am I being petty? Maybe. Sad thing is, if she just treated me like a guest and handed me a yogurt, I would have given them 5 stars for caring. Next time I'm in Lancaster, I'll stay somewhere else. I'd advise everyone else to do the same.
