There were roaches absolutely everywhere! The lady at the front desk kept saying she couldn’t find my reservation and ignored me for 30 MINUTES until I reached out to you guys for help and she was still rude. The rooms, bed, and bathrooms were completely filthy I couldn’t even sleep there. The room WREAKED of roach spray. It was just absolutely horrible

The staff is always nice and they're lenient about check out times however the area is an island with not very many options nearby for dining or convenience so I suppose this is fitting for it's name The Palms

I liked the quietness at night and during the day. Ray is a very kind person as well as Paulina, Stephanie and the housekeeping staff. I have conversations with them from time to time. This is how I know that they have a kind heart.

A horrible substandard motel

This motel was very cheap and substandard. It's not even worth the low price thats offered. Horrible customer service. The room was dirty and had old furniture. The bed mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The two small pillows provided were worn and flat. The bathroom had mildew and toilet seat broken. There were transients roaming in the property and one of them tried breaking into my room around 2am.
