Yes. Shannon the new GM is very friendly along with her staff in the front office. If a customer comes to and state that the TV is not working properly she will go to the room and try to fix it. If not she will tell the maintenance guy when he comes in about the situation as well as give the room #

They put me in a room the toilet fo not working properly we flush the toilet water stay then the gime another room the bathroom dosen have ceiling fan and the room smells like urine really bad . We travel from the Bay Area to Palmdale Really bad experience ..
