Bathroom door handle broken. I turned the handle & pulled door handle come off, I almost fell backwards into the bathtub. TV reception terrible, desk phone not working, bed sheets were stained, bathroom fan not working.

Hotel is a bit dated but kept clean. Breakfast and staff were nice. Only small issue I had was I couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room - there was no “fan” setting and I would have liked the room cooler. Lack of air circulation made the room feel a little claustrophobic.

We arrived early, asked if we could park our vehicle at the hotel until check in. We were informed we could not and had to check in. We asked to check in and they informed us that we would be charged an early check in fee of 53 USD. We parked elsewhere. Hotel was extremely noisy during the evening rooms were in poor condition. Would not recommend

Staff is completely unapproachable, never smile, and walk around with an air of apathy, discontent and disdain. They act like they can’t be bothered and would rather be elsewhere. The morning breakfast ladies are rude and lock the door about 5 minutes before 9! Completely inconvenient, especially on weekends. Breakfast could at least be until 10am. Never staying here again.

Not Our Ideal Choice

I think the owners are trying their best, but they have a lot of work to do. The hotel is old and outdated. I don't think we would be back. They really don't have a typical air conditioner for the rooms. You either turn the knob all the way up (right) for air flow to come into the room or all the way down (left) for no airflow. However, you cannot adjust the actual temperature in the room. It was too warm for us. We were hot both nights. My husband and I felt the bed was uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well in the room. A couple of the outlet plugs did not work. I think a LOT of money needs to be invested in this hotel to get it back in a condition we would be comfortable staying in the future.

The staff at check in were not very friendly or helpful. Keep in mind there is an early check in fee even an hour before the 3 o’clock check in, despite the room being ready. The thermostat didn’t do anything, the room had a random wire along the wall that they painted to make it blend in. The hotel needs upgrades and to offer a much better customer experience with the staff. I would not recommend this hotel.
