Unfortunately, this property did not represent the La Quinta reputation that I have come to know over the years. It was not clean and the property is in need of repair.

Was in room 109 and it had a leak in the ceiling bathroom along. with a big Mold spot right over the toilet. We couldn’t even use the restroom cause we were getting wet. There were also roaches in the night stand. We asked to be moved to another room, they gave us 207. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. The property is super dirty. As we were going up the 2nd floor there was trash under stairs. It looks like the trash has been there for months. The doors for all the rooms are filthy dirty. You can tell they don't clean the doors or the windows. Again, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I am very disappointed in the reservations I made with expedia, when upgrading the computer selected totaly different date from what I selected. THIS WAS DONE IN YOUR LOBBY. I had to manually check in and pay again. For 1 night I was charged 124 + 104. + 92.00 All for the 1 Room 1 night. Expedia says you will not allow the refund on the cancelations. They were not cancellations. Computer/customer error. La Quinta DID NOT loose any money. All on record. I am looking into a formal complaint with the better business bureau.

This location was absolutely terrible. Not only were the pictures inaccurate but, the room was disgusting and dirty. Our room was not ready at time of check-in.The bedsheets were stained. There were stains in the bathroom, curtains and AC units. The toilet top was unhinged and it smelled. The lights did not all work or flickered and the outlets also did not work. When we requested extra towels or any type of assistance, we were always given an excuse. We requested extra towels and clean sheets and they stated that they did not have enough to give us at that time. Our reservation was for a week and unfortunately, we were unable to get our money back or stay at a different hotel. So we cleaned the hotel ourselves. We basically had to fight to request more toilet paper. The pool was also disgusting. It had food wrappers, leaves sticks and brush floating around. All the chairs/tables were stained and broken. They even stated on day of check-in that the pool had been cleaned the day before. Upon further investigation, the location is in an unsafe area in the neighborhood. Would not recommend to stay here. I have more than 20 photos, but it will only allow me to upload eight we typically do not leave bad reviews, but this experience was horrible.
