Room looked horrible, stained and dirty bathtub, stained sink, horrible looking front door in desperate need of paint, sheets stained brown, live spider in bed. I'm 6' 2" and the ceiling, when I was in the shower, was 2" from my head. The water temperature in the shower could not be adjusted and the room stunk like smoke. When I mentioned several things to the auditor that was there upon leaving, especially the spider, she said that it was not their fault and started to get argumentative. I was just trying to give them some feedback for improvement. The property looks very run down. I have no idea how they have a 3-star rating. I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel experience ever. The place was old, outdated and dirty. We all came home with bites and rashes. Had we not been in a hurry to get to a funeral viewing we would’ve left. We gave it the benefit of the doubt despite the look of the place but it was worse than it looked. The front desk guys had zero personality, we’re unfriendly and being the first person we encountered they totally missed the mark. Incredibly bad all around. Regret having stayed the night but after working all day, driving 4 hours and a few more at a viewing we wanted to get some rest but that didn’t happen. I felt dirty after staying the night. Never again will I try another La Quinta hotel. Stay away, run.

Though when I made the reservation, they asked if there were any special needs and I responded that we needed plug-ins for our C-paps beside each side of the bed, they did not have an extension cord. The bath tub had was slippery, and I did slip and bang myself. There was no grab bar. There was no map provided to find the room, and we found the numbering confusing.

As I stayed a whole week here in the suite 202, all week had my kids in the hot that room needs to be way cooler than what my kids and I experienced. Never again. I had to buy neck fans just to keep my kids cool in that room was unbelievable that they never had a tech go to the room fix the AC. Then never got switched rooms til the every end got switched to room 221 that room was cold but the whole week was unbearable not good for my kids. Didn't even get money back, a discount, or nothing!!

Hallway was dirty. Debris on the hallway. Construction going on. If there is Construction thing why wouldn't you do cleaning of rooms daily. It gives your hotel ambience cleanliness and order. Front office said they do not do room cleanings on a daily basis to rooms with multiple day stays.
