Average stay.

Aliante needs a re-opening. Two out of three restaurants were closed, no room service to order any food at any time, and the room wasn't cleaned 3 out 4 days I was there. Very limited channels on tv. An older staff member named Bruce is always friendly. I stay here often, and he is always smiling. Give him a raise. Please contract with a local restaurant so food can be delivered when the restaurant is closed in the evening. There are plenty good places to choose.

I chose this property due to the closeness to my son’s house. From the outside it is very nice and clean. What I object to is the cost or a RESORT fee. The pool is closed and what other benefits are included that are considered an extra fee. An added $80.00 for what?? It’s not right to advertise a hotel room and then when you get there you are hit with “Resort Fee”. Will not stay here in the future!! It’s not the staff’s fault they are doing their jobs but upper management should have a better Customer Service mentality in providing affordable accommodation and NO RESORT FEE!!!

Will Not Book Again

Booked the Presidential Suite for one night. Upon entering the room it was spacious and had nice furniture and up to date TVs. However, some of the tables in the bedroom and living room area were dusty. The bar area was nice with comp coffee. There’s a kitchen area with a sink and big refrigerator but no microwave which was needed. The second bedroom was quite dusty and both clocks were set to different times. I called housekeeping because I needed a rollaway bed but front desk picked up and said they would find someone to bring me one. An hour and half went by no one showed up so I had to call front desk back and was told that wheelchair accessible rooms can’t get rollaway beds( never heard of this before) and supposedly the lady that answered stated she was just going to call to let me know that. Shouldn’t take an hour and a half to let a guest know. Let’s talk about the sheets on the bed! I always check to make sure sheets have been changed and when I pulled the covers back there were green like crumbs in the bed and hair!!!! Once again no one in housekeeping and front desk had to “find” someone so I can get new sheets. I ended up just sleeping on the sofa and made sure the sheets in the second bedroom were clean before the others in the room slept in the bed. There’s a flyer that shows you can do in room dining and you just have to scan the barcode to start your order. Well, it doesn’t work! At 9am We called room service to try to order food but there was no answer.

The hotel appearance is nice. The valet personal will open the doors even if you don’t use the complimentary service. The front staff didn’t greet anyone unless you say something to them. Understand there is a casino and people are allowed to smoke inside, the smell was carried into the room on the 7th floor. The restaurants are inside the casino which if mind the cigarette smell, not good to enjoy a meal. I will say the Bristo 57 restaurant is amazing! The staff and food, was fantastic!

Ok

The hotel room was nice and clean. When you walk in it smells like smoke. Service was ok. The pool and hot tub were closed and there was no info about that on the website. The front desk lady said they don’t share that info on the site. Very misleading as we picked this hotel for their outdoor area with the pool and hot tub. They don’t open until mid March.
