Property is located about 3 blocks West of the Strip. At the time of check in, there was construction going on on the street, making accessibility to the property a bit tricky. Check-in process was easy and quick, room was clean, there is a coffee maker -Keurig- , fridge, and microwave. Not bad at all. Plenty of towels in the bathroom.

Reasonable value hotel in Vegas, but beware of having to spend more getting around. The room was very spacious but the hotel itself was tired. The aircon is unbearably loud and would recommend earplugs. Breakfast was included, but was a bit basic with a lack of fresh fruit.
