Horseshoe employees didn’t care!
Unfriendly employees when checking in. They didn’t give me the room I booked and the young lady who checked me in was very passive with my concerns, and made it very clear to me that she didn’t care. She offered me a roll-out bed in a different room, because they gave away my two queen room. She didn’t want to hear anything I had to say regarding them failing to honor my original booking. She had a “take it or leave it” attitude! She also didn’t give me access to the parking garage and I was forced to pay upon leaving the parking garage the next day(this is how I found out). My card didn’t work and the parking was not linked to my room. I was forced to address the parking situation later and on my own. All this was very frustrating and very time consuming and the whole time the Horseshoe employees made it seem like it was my fault for bringing it to their attention!
