First of all, ridiculous “Resorts fee”. We didn’t use any pool or a phone call on our whole stay. We went to vegas to explore the strip not the hotel itself, and hello? We don’t need phone calls we do have phones its already 21st Century! We went on summer time it’s so hot and the Air conditioner can’t even go down below 68 degrees gosh. It’s our first time in Vegas but definitely not going back to this hotel, we might gonna stay downtown who doesn’t have any resorts fee and free parking spots. Check in kiosk are not helpful at all, you still need to see an ambassador and wait in the line, and it’s so slow. Super slow, it looks like these employees just taking their time.. clean room tho except some left over hair from the previous customers in the bathroom.

Very large and comfortable room. Used check in through app to get a QR code - which made check in much quicker. Missed no coffee or tea making facilities. Location is quiet but very noisy neighbours both sides (a baby one side and partying females the other) - we had adjoining doors which seemed to be where the noise was coming through. Very disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. Could use other hotels pools - but quite a walk to get to them making it rather impractical. Joined to Paris hotel which had nice eatery options.

Got upgraded to a suite. Staff were friendly and room was nice. There were a couple water bottles left in the fridge. Used the shower and the handle and overhead did not seem cleaned throughly and neither do the bathtub. I got red bumps on my legs after the bathtub
