Fast kiosk check in and checkout. But property fees are high. 3 nights was an extra $300. Convienent location on the strip. But watch out, there were homeless or unpaid guests that sneak in and hang out on the lobby area near the ice machine on our floor

Dirty rooms upon checking into room. Hair all over bathroom floor and shower. Fixtures broken/falling apart. After speaking with check-in they did switch the room but it was an absolute downgrade of a view. We went from looking at the Sphere and the Strip to a view of dirty rooftop structure…. Will not stay here again.

Upon checkin the front desk clerk was condescending. We were tired from our flight, in older and she treated us like we were stpid that we didnt understand rhe instructions.

They facility and property is looking very run down. The smell in the lobby area smells very stagnant. Since I chose mobile check-in, I had no interaction with employees there. It was a very uneventful process, however not having an individual to assist with finding the tower where my rooms are and how the self pay parking worked created comfortable experiences

Keys didn’t work

I used the self check in and I received keys to my room. It did not work after multiple attempts so I went to get duplicates. I went back to the room and it still didn’t work. Then I had to wait in line. The line took over an hour just to inform them that the key didn’t work. They gave me a new room and said they were gonna comp one night because of the long wait and the far walk back and forth to the room to the front desk with all my belongings.

We had the worst experience in this hotel when we got there it was 3 PM and we could not check in until 4 PM. Early check-in they charge an additional $20 we were tired and we had a long drive, we just wanted to be comfortable so we ended up paying the extra $20 for the early check-in. The room was in good condition however I’ve noticed a few towels had yellow stains on them. I called room service and requested three pillows and they only brought me two. We were tired so we didn’t call back. We rented a cabana for the pool.The cabana was dirty. Our server did not come to introduce herself until almost 30 minutes after. We requested some cocktails and she took long to bring them almost 30 minutes to bring us a few drinks. So we decided to go to the bar ourselves and get our drinks. She said that they were short staffed because one of the servers was out to lunch. Upon checking out, I told the front desk staff how our experience went and she did not say anything. She said that in regards to the cabana, I had to talk to the manager of the pool, which I did not even know. In regards to the stains on the towels she didn’t say anything, and I told her about the pillows that it was inconvenient for us to only get two pillows and she didn’t say anything she said that they were going to charge us an additional service fee for the Wi-Fi of $14.99. The whole stay was terrible, even getting out of the parking lot was a mess. The gate would not open so we called for help and took 15 mins
