I booked 2 rooms and added an upgrade later for a fountain view room. When I first checked in, it gave me one room on the 14th floor and one room on the 19th floor. I stopped at reception and they moved the rooms to the same floor and fixed my mixup with the car (I accidentally put it under both rooms.) The casino/hotel were pretty easy to navigate. One area leads directly into Paris, there’s a direct walkway onto the strip, and the monorail was very easy to find. The rooms were clean, no smoke smell. One negative was that I had paid to upgrade both rooms to a “fountain view” but there was literally a whole building between my window and the fountains so that was a waste of money. Other than the not so great upgraded view, everything was good.

The room was clean, everything worked. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the vanity was in need of a paint job and there was something broken in the bathroom. I couldn't quit tell what it was, as all that remained was a broken piece sticking out of the wall. Maybe it was a small sidee mirror.

The vent in the restroom didn’t work, I don’t think they dusted the room. Trying to exit the garage we got stuck our room key wasn’t working, ring for help they said they couldn’t find my name reservation. Paying resorts fees to have all these issues.

I was charged more than advertised. The room was not the one in the app. No one claimed the room. I was charged for parking… even whe I paid like for “resort fees” The shower leaked water all over the bathroom no matter how much you weee careful to close the door as much as possible. The house keeper lady was LOUD . She was cleaning the room at next to us around 9 AM and she was on the phone with somebodyscreaming on the phone . Woke all of us up when we didn’t go to bed until 3 AM
