The breakfast situation wasn't great. The breakfast buffet was nice but the space didn't accommodate how many people wanted to eat. And when the hotel creates a line for breakfast, it means that people need to wait to even enter the room. Other hotels allow you to mill around the breakfast space, picking what you want. Will this not work there?

Hotel was oversold and rooms were all rented. Hotel management keep selling more rooms even it was already fully booked. They had multiple people waiting at midnight to be “assigned “ a room. Please stay out of this place. Front desk agent was struggling and was being rude to people. Definitely poo service, no compasión and definitely not the place you want to stay

We had good time, breakfast food was very good, place is clean, and personnel is courteous. We liked the fact of having free parking and being close to the strip at a reasonable price.

I went out and came back to find that the room hadn't been cleaned. The Wi-Fi is very slow. Breakfast service is slow, the line is too long, and there is no common toast or bagels at all. There were bugs in the room, and the bathtub drains poorly so the water doesn't go down well.

the room was clean and well-maintained, the service at the front desk was quite slow. the breakfast area was insufficient for the number of guests, leading to long waits in a crowded space. the noise level from the nearby airport made it difficult to rest.
