I feel like they can improve at the front desk, they only had 2 people doing the check in, yes they do have kiosk to help out but the majority of people have questions or don’t know where to go after. The room was really nice and clean the only issue I had was the AC it was to HOT, they do have a sing that said that they are working on that.
