we were very happy with our experience and especially loved that they had a good band on friday and saturday evenings. The only thing is we wished they had a better restaraunt for dinner options but the other restaraunts were descent and staff was always very friendly

We like the location and it was quiet. However, we are not staying there for just sleeping. We pay a resort fee but the resort aspects we expected to enjoy were not working. The jets in the hot top did not work. There are two hot tubs and luke warm to cold was the temperature. Very disappointing. Also the volume of water in the shower was lacking.

There was no hot water. Found out from another guest to keep trying hot levels until your desired temperature is found. Also, the sink kept clogging. I’ve never stayed anywhere with this many inconveniences. I most likely will not return to the Tropicana.

There was no soap in the bathroom. All of the dispensers were empty in all of our rooms but there wasn’t even any handsoap which is crazy!

The staff were great and our room was clean. It is getting tired and the plumbing is awful. The bathroom taps were very hard to operate. The toilet used so much water to flush, that is a shame. It is very old plumbing. The shower faucet was so old and hard to use,it was really not acceptable. Such a shame they aren’t putting any money into upgrades as fewer and fewer people will return.
