There were places in the hall that we noticed could be touched up . We found a joint roach that was missed in our room after being cleaned. The Curva restaurant was wonderful as well as the staff The front desk staff were wonderful and courteous.

Getting the room cleaned was a non existing. I text using the QR code in the room to request the room be cleaned. I was told no one was available. The next day, I called. No one came. By now the trash was running over in the room. I requested another room and made my displeasure and disappointment known. Additionally, the room I was originally given had an uneven floor. I tripped a few times coming out of the bathroom (room 416 if you’d like to check). There was no refrigerator in the room. When I ask for one, they brought a “beat up” college refrigerator that I dare not put food in. There was no microwave to heat up food even if I used the refrigerator. By this time, I had lost all trust in getting the service I paid for. This was a 3 night stay that was unacceptable. I am a Hilton Honors member and I was embarrassed to have offered this Double Tree property to my visiting guest. It certainly will not happen again. Very disappointing Double Tree -Laurel MD.

Its an older property so you expect some deficiencies, like worn carpet, stains on carpet etc. But the big ball of hair in the shower was just poor cleaning. That set the whole tone for a Lysol run and cleaning it myself. Still decent for the price, location but YEAH that one was a buzz killer.
