You are not booking the beautiful building shown

The main image on ebookers is NOT what you are booking. Blatant misrepresentation. I expected some historic heritage and got a premier inn equivalent.

Excellent for the purpose of my stay (conference)

Pros: As mentioned above
Cons: Noise levels. I could hear people passing in the corridor, doors closing, conversations etc. The room furnishings were a bit austere.
Location: Really lovely village, excellent place to unwind in traditional setting.
I was delighted by the supportive attitude of the staff and hotel facilities, the catering, the pool and sauna, the bar. Beautiful. One little point, the direction signs were a bit confusing in places.
