Needed to be at Dartmouth Medical Center at 6 AM. This was our second stay, in the same room even. It was exactly as described. Clean. Even saw a police vehicle do a pass through which made us feel more secure.

We had a lovely corner room and were greeted very graciously by the front desk. We were there over Thanksgiving and the manager had kindly allowed extended family members to utilize the dining area for a dinner together. They were there to visit. their severely ill father who was in the nearby hospital.

the room had ALOT of cosmetic damage that should be addressed before letting paying customers stay there. holes in walls, wall paper torn off, 2 broken draws of bureau/desk. a side door of hotel doesn't lock so anybody could just come in. We booked for 2 people and they only gave us one coffee pod to brew in room.

The Wifi network is terrible--could not do online work needed to do because of the lack of connectivity. Everything else is fine--but if I can't work in the room this place is useless . . . be better off in a tent if it had good Wiffi . . .
