Overall, our stay was good. The staff is what makes this place. Very friendly and helpful. The only negative is the bed. It wasn't very comfortable unless you enjoy sleeping on a hard matress. My back didn't care for it. Otherwise, would recommend for a pleasant place to stay.

Staff was amazing!! They literally went out of their way to accommodate our day early arrival and also hooked us up with a place to park for Railbird Festival!! It was a little out dated but it was safe and quiet. Limited breakfast but overall a great stay. If I return I would definitely stay here again!

Don’t Stay Here!! Nasty and broken.

I pulled up to the hotel and was very skeptical because it was falling apart and didn’t look very safe even in the dark. I went in and could smell a musty smell and it was very outdated. We got to our room and it was very dirty. I was traveling with my mother that has trouble getting around and it was late so we got her into bed. After getting her settled in we discovered all of the filth and broken things in the room. We had no hot water, the sink didn’t drain, things were broke and were clearly not cleaned. I walked across the floor in my socks and they were black. We let my mother sleep for a few hours and then we took off. If it hadn’t been for her we would have been out of that hotel super quick. I don’t know how they can still be in business. I read the actual hotel’s website reviews and discovered that the honest reviews were on that site. I would never start there again or recommend it.

Was like what is pictured. Especially the outside of the building. However. It was clean. Rooms were clean. Staff (at front desk and the lady that kept up with the breakfast) were reqlly nice. Definitely would stay here again.

Two story hotel without elevator. Hallways were dirty. Lots of deferred maintenance. Breakfast is limited, and poorly managed. We were only there for two days, and both days they ran out of breakfast items. Not that it needed refill, they ran out. Room itself was clean. And comfortable.

I received a call an hour or so before I arrived at the hotel and was asked if I really needed a handicapped room so I think they had someone that was wanting a room and I said no I am disabled but not in a wheelchair but if I could get a room with two queen beds on the first floor that would be OK. So when I got there, I got the room on the first floor two queen beds and was going to take a shower, but I couldn’t figure out how to turn the shower on so I had to call the front desk and the lady was nice and told me how to do it, but it was very strange and the nozzle where the water comes out was loose and had been caulked but was clearly broken. But the shower was functional however, it was quite dangerous even for a non-disabled person. There are no grab bars and the tub sits high up when you’re inside the shower and the floor of the tub is sloped and there wasn’t any grippy’s or very little grippy on the bottom and it was slippery and seemed like a fall could have an easily either while in the shower or getting in or out of the shower. The room itself was decent. Bathroom was small. It was clean enough, but everything did seem a little bit rundown in the building in general. The staff was very nice. We weren’t able to take advantage of the breakfast because we had to leave before it started. The price was right and the day was OK and it was clean, outdoors. Also needs revamped and fake flowers are stuck in the ground, which looks kind of tacky. Tub is unsafe.

Staff was friendly; however, the two rooms I booked were in terrible condition, mattress cover was stained and filthy, floors had not been vacuumed, stains on the furniture, bathroom vent was falling out of the ceiling, refrigerator dirty, and overall appearance out-dated and dirty.
