Reserved this room after a late night of traveling. Reserved around 2 am, got to the property and was informed they did not take check ins after 2 am. Was offered no help in any way. Hotel staff could not have cared less. Short on funds I was not able to reserve at another facility so I was forced to attempt to sleep in my car with my young son but hotel seemed to have a lot of late nite activity for some reason which made me feel very uneasy. Do not waste your money folks. I will never book with them again

The room I was in has a bed bug bed is also wet room smells so they moved me to room418 and the room was not better either the drawer has hair / refrigerator has hair /tv barely works and the vent in the bathroom is nasty

Place was clean but the fact no ice machine u have to pay for towel swap out and take ur own trash out everyday then the dumpster is full. Felt like I was renting an apartment. Stayed 8 days no house keeping or anything. I was unfamiliar with the area while doing the homeshow there should have spent extra $90 and stayed at quality inn. Then had to buy pots and pans to cook in an extended stay place. Most of them include basics. Not this place.

I booked the night I was going to stay. Service was fast and friendly. It was like a little apartment; it was clean and comfortable. My only issue was that it smelled like another guest had fried food on their stove, and it filled my room as well.

The room reflected the cheap price. Cabinet drawer missing under sink. Supposedly non-smoking but it smelt like it had been smoked in & cigarette burns on toilet seat & side of the tub. I stood @ the front desk for about 10 minutes waiting for staff to show up so I could check in & during check in she explained there was NO staff in house after midnight. I left @ 0530 & no staff in for morning shift yet. It was quite noisy b/c it is within 100-150 yards of New Circle Rd which is arguably the busiest road in Lexington. I cannot recommend staying here not will I do it again.
