There is no bellman to help with luggage; steps to navigate with luggage as entering lobby. To get to our suite, we had to take the lift 1 floor down, walk the corridor the length of hotel including 6 steps, and then take the lift up 1 floor and walk the corridor. The AC in the room did not sufficiently cool all the rooms. All restaurant dining is buffet style…like a cruise ship. The 2 nights we had dinner reservations the dining staff did not have a record of our reservation. The 2 elevators each have different numbering of the same floor levels, which is very confusing. There is NO food or snack service during non-restaurant times. We arrived at 3:10 pm after an overnight flight from Johannesburg. We hadn’t eaten since 4am and was told there was no food available until 7pm. The first 6 coffee pods complementary, after you must pay per pod at the front desk. When inquiring at the front desk ( I had the notice in the room with me), they knew nothing about that nor where the coffee was stored. I went over-the-river and thru-the woods twice to get coffee pods. Coffee creamer and sugar was not replenished daily. There is very limited service in the bar area; we mostly had to go inside to ask for service. No Kleenex in the bathroom and very poor quality soap, shampoo, etc. on the day of departure, 1 of the elevators was out of order, so we had to had carry our luggage up steps. Then there was a car double-parked behind us. Beautiful views; dining staff was lovely. No recommend
