Charming Brick Wall Studio with patio in Belem

Charming studio situated in the vibrant district of Belém, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, garden´s, monuments and museum´s. The Jerónimos Monastery and the famous pastry shop of Belém are in close proximity of the studio (800 metres/half a mile). Fully restored in 2017, the studio preserves the charm from the past, with a exposed brick wall and wooden beams. You can also enjoy a coffee or a drink in the studio shared patio. Cable TV, Netflix and free wifi internet is available.

The "Brick Wall Studio" is located in a Lisbon traditional shared patio by four cozy houses. Offers a full kitchen with a fridge and free basic cooking ingredients like rice, pasta, olive oil, etc. Bread, milk, cereals, juice and coffee are also available for free. The studio are furnished with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed. Clothes hanger rack is available.

Very quiet clean apartment in a good location. Our hosts had asked us not to shut the bathroom door because it had been broken by the previous guests and there wasn’t enough time to have it repaired. Small sink but great shower. Very comfortable bed. As a welcome gift, our hosts left us a basket of goodies and a bottle of wine as well as drinks in the fridge - really thoughtful and greatly appreciated. From this location we easily got transportation to Sintra and to the airport using Bolt. We’d recommend this apartment :)

Nice neighborhood, with shops operated by friendly people Nice, personable host, always available and helpful. Very nice location in the city. The only (slight) drawback was the lack of hot water in the kitchen combined with a very small sink in the bathroom which makes dishwashing and brushing teeth a little bit different

The property was musty smelling with interior damage to walls. Dishes were cracked and pots were rusty. Advertised coffe was supplied but none was available. TV did not work. Owner contacted and $10 euros refunded and suggested we go to restaurant for our coffee. TV not addressed. Poor value for money.

Amazing stay! I was able to check in early and water and essentials was waiting for me. I appreciated the clear and consistent communication. Close to amazing food places, and overall the studio was clean and very comfortable! Unsure why reviews seem mixed, I thought the studio was cozy, clean and very comfortable!

Great Value Lisbon Getaway!

We stayed 4 nights in this studio and this place is awesome! It's the perfect size for 2 people and close to local transport and food places, the Monastery Jeronimos, Pasteis de Belem..great bakery and even a train stop which takes you to local beaches! The Belem district is great to stay in, very peaceful :) The hosts of this place are super nice and accommodating, Sofia stayed up late to wait for our arrival and she let us have a late check out by letting us leave the keys in the studio on the day of our departure. The value for money with this place is incredible, we even had fruit on our arrival and the host showed us places worth visiting on the map. Truly recommend this to anyone who would like to see this great city!! We will return hopefully soon :) TOP CHOICE!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Miguel hat uns kleine Willkommensgrüße hingestellt. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Es ist ruhig und sauber. Grundlagen zum Kochen sind vorhanden. Die Anbindung ins Zentrum ist super. In der Nähe sind auch einige Attraktionen. Alles fußläufig sehr gut zu erreiche. Cafés, Supermarkt, Restaurants, beste Natas. Sehr zu empfehlen.

La struttura è come si presenta, piccola e ben posizionata nella città. I trasporti sono vicino e anche i negozi di alimentari. L'unico problema è il bagno: piccola la zona, decisamente troppo piccolo il lavandino e la doccia è molto scivolosa, servirebbe un tappeto antiscivolo. Infine, l'host è stato perfetto nella comunicazione, ha risposto sempre quando gli ho scritto per delle necessità e ci ha anche fatto trovare un regalo di ben venuto. Nel complesso è una casa che consiglio.

appartement tres humide, pas eau chaude à l,évier de la cuisine. porte d,entrée avec des jours de 5à10mm laissant rentrer le froid ,la goutiere exterieure est deboitée consequence l,eau de pluie coulait sur la vitre de la douche et s,infiltrait à l,interieur ; il serait utile de changer le robinet de la cuisine pour le fermer il faut forcer seul point positif un bon lit apartement a refaire absolument A .E

Leuke knusse studio, alles wat je nodig heb is er. Centrale ligging, supermarkt op 500m lopen. Bus om de hoek. Eigenaars reageren erg snel op de mail en zijn zeer behulpzaam. Ze maakte het mogelijk dat we eerder konden inchecken. Ik snap sommige lage reviews niet. Het rook inderdaad wat muf na het douchen, maar dat ruik je door heel Lissabon. Even raampje open na het douchen om te luchten en weg was de lucht

Belem. Emplacement idéal pour visiter

Bon emplacement.Propriétaire disponible et arrangeant. Bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée. Location propre. Toutefois, quelques petits aménagements seraient les bienvenus comme un lavabo car il n'y a qu'un lave-main, un sèche serviettes car les serviettes ne sèchent pas, de l'eau chaude dans la cuisine car seulement de l'eau froide.

Très bon sejour

Résider à Belém, au calme, profiter des monuments alentour et aller visiter les autres quartiers de Lisbonne, notamment l’Alfama que nous avons adoré, et revenir le soir au calme dans l’appartement. Dans celui-ci, tout est confortable (la porte d’entrée est un peu dure à ouvrir) et le quartier est calme.
