I reserved a room and checked I to this hotel very last minute because of a terrible experience at another Lisbon hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted with personal attention, care, and genuine interest. Willyam was exceptional, very helpful, kind, and gave us some great recommendations for that area of town. The manager, Nuno, even called his friend at a popular Fado bar to make sure our experience was perfect. That service extended beyond check-in to our entire stay. We were personally greeted when we came and went and were offered help Everytime. The hotel is quite new, only 2 weeks, but I could have been convinced that this team has been working together for years. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the shower was great. Everything is clean, and if we had any issues, we were given assistance right away. The area around the hotel was an awesome find! Great restaurants, tasty gelato, and bars. It's bustling with locals and is right on the water under the bridge. Ubers into town center were cheap and if you're willing to walk a bit, you can get to public transport or the LX Factory. I truly could not suggest this hotel more. The location, the service, the facilities, and the people made this one of the more exceptional stays I've had in a hotel, period. Not only will I be back, but when I do, I'll be upgrading to one of their amazing suites with a balcony and hot tub overlooking the river. Thanks to everyone at this spot for an unforgettable experience.
