Overall my stay at this hotel was pleasant and many aspects of the experience were good. However, I was really taken off guard by the condition of the bedding. My sheets were ripped and the pillowcase had a hole with visible dirt in it as well , which is very surprising for a hotel that presents itself as five-star . While the rest of the stay went smoothly, this issue stood out and did not meet the level of quality I expected especially for a hotel that claims itself as a luxury 5 star hotel .

Nice that amenities are 24 hours! Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of walkable but pricier food options near. We stayed for ease of arriving at the airport for an early morning flight. Would stay again!
