Be very careful if booking through hotels.com if you need a twin room. The accommodation was very satisfactory in terms of a central, business standard of accommodation, but if you need a room with two single beds please be advised that the booking is made on a ‘availability’ basis and therefore the hotel is not obliged to honor the request. Generally disappointed with the hotels.com experience.

A clean and beautiful hotel. Our room was so spacious. I liked that El Corte Ingles was close by. We were also able to check in slightly early, which was much appreciated.

The parking for the hotel for one that doesn’t know the area is out of whack and very confusing by it being on a totally different street area for this. I give it a very poor rating and will not return. Everything else was spot on so if you have a card, don’t go to this hotel unless you wanna be stressed the hell out.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff especially the reception guy i think his name is alexander..some noise from the train but bearable but the cleaning ladies makes alot of noise in the corridors..location is lil bit far from tousitic places but there is a 2 min walk metro station...overall its fine
