Good, but stinky

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast included. Rooms are small with limited space. Unfortunately the room smelled strongly of sewer coming from the WC.

Our stay here was great. A family room with enough space for all 4 of us, great cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast and close to the metro station so easy to get out and about. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but this did not affect our enjoyment.

So close to Parque Eduardo VII and Liberty Avenue. About 200m to the metro and close to circle with all the various busses. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were the best!

Right around the corner from a metro stop, it was super convenient. The breakfast was very nice and had lots of options.One complaint i do have is that the bathroom in our room was about the size of airplane bathroom. EXTREMELY small. The sink had a glass shelf installed over it that made it virtually impossible to use.

We are disappointed. Management should looks at the rooms. Bathroom is very very small, showing unit slippery, toilet paper roll was under the sink which you can not reach. Bath room door not close easily.

Terrible washroom

The hotel location was convenience. The room was small and old. The washroom was terrible and poorly build. The shower tube was falling apart and dirty. Only good thing was the daily breakfast and hotel step to Metro.
